I don't know what is going on with this place but after 6 months or so I started receiving texts stating that I had a balance due. I have called several times to tell them that I don't. No one got back to me....I even stopped by the officethey told me that several of their patients are getting them and I don't owe anything but took my name and number and said someone will get back to me. Well I got another text. I will be calling a lawyer if this doesn't stop.....

I am IMPRESSED! I was able to get in same day I called for a broken tooth. The office staff was great. Dr. Espinoza and Amir did a great job! Having never dealt with any reconstruction before, this was all new. They were informative and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I'm super HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!!! WOWWWWW!! Thank you. You can't even tell the tooth is temporary and I'm sure the permanent will be just as good or better! Thank you!

This place just sent me a bill even though I haven't seen them in 7 months. Don't go here - they'll randomly charge you even though you haven't even received a service! Do not give them your information! Also, when I was there they were incredibly pushy and aggressive in their sales tactics. I have a gap between my front teeth that I've always liked and they repeatedly kept asking me if I REALLY wanted my smile to look like that and that they could sell me veneers or aligned for thousands of dollars to fix it. Incredibly insulting and just looking to make money. Then when I cancel my follow-up appointment and decide to go to a different dentist they send me a bill - and again, I haven't seen them since February. Ridiculous. Go somewhere where they won't insult you and bill you seven months later for it.

Staff pleasant as always professional with a smile took temperature upon arrival staff wearing masks constantly cleaning chairs, door handles etc. I was the only patient so when I was taken back with the hygienist ERNESTO the best everything was sterilized , masks, gloves and a healthy beautiful smile. Smile MAX on 7th Street you Rock. Thanks for being the best Dentist office in Arizona that I have been in since California. I pride myself in healthy 3 month cleanings and a beautiful smile thanks to SMILE MAX

Wow, where do I even begin. My entire experience at this place was a 0/10. First off, the dentist was about 30 minutes late to my appointment. The process was painful. I literally wanted to cry during my cleaning. To add on, he did the wrong cleaning and it took all of 10 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all.

I just want to say my experience at smile max 365 was excellent-I would give it 15 star if I could. I really enjoyed Darla and Heather and staff- They were kind, very customer oriented. The facility is very clean and modern. My treatment was explained thorough and friendly. It was easy to get a appointment and I was seen promptly. They are open 7 days a week, what a refreshing change from stuffy dental offices .I work M-F 8-4 so trying to get an appointment if difficult. The staff was knowledgeable, honest and dependable. DR Ghorbani is fantastic he extracted my bad tooth with little or no pain. I had no post surgery complications. I would recommend this doctor to anyone, he's a gem- he cares and is very skilled. I will be a patient forever. Ps the prices are very fair.

Wonderful staff!! From the front desk, to the x-ray tech, to the doctors. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I will be returning for all my dental needs.

OMG! Best dental appointment ever! Dr. Ghorbani is the best dentist I have ever encountered and I've been to my fair share. I am basically afraid of dentists but this dentist made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. I had 3 teeth pulled in no time and didn't experience any pain. This Guy is the real deal Also the dental assistant Rachel well she was the friendliest professional I've come across. People, she held my hand and talked me through everything after I told her of all the years I had been afraid of the dentist, she deserves 5 stars as well. I'm having another tooth pulled in 2 weeks and I won't be afraid this time.

I hate the dentist, most people do, and the staff here went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable the whole time, and got me in immediately on a weekend to fix my tooth, and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!!!!!

The staff @ 365 were courteous and compassionate to my fears. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
