The clinic staff were professional, responsible, and caring. The dentist took time to explain the procedure fully and happily answered all questions that I had. Highly recommended!

The facility is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. During my most recent visit, Dr. Michael changed my life - turns out, I've been brushing my teeth wrong for years! He actually took the time to ask, and then show me the right way. I've been going to the dentist every 6 months for YEARS, and he is the first doc to ask about this. Glad I use this office! Only minor issue is wait time - I just moved to the area, so I've only been to this dental office twice, but both times had a remarkably long wait of about an hour or more.

Was told that I was going to see a implant specialist when I got there I left the secretary and reminded her I was there to see an implant specialist and they charge me $137 and had me see the regular dentist which is not what I was told I was told they had an implant specialist that does implants permanently and the person over the phone who is the secretary lied to me told me that there was there was a implants person there and then sent me back to see then knowing that there was no implant person. that does permanent denture implants then the gentle was telling me that she had to put in a referral and when I said for what she said to see the implant specialist that permanently implants teeth I wasted my time and my money and the manager of the facility didn't even bother to help me in any type of way I'll she said was at the end of the day you saw the dentist when if they would've told me they did not have anybody they did permanent implants I wouldn't have went to the smilemart would've went somewhere else that offered it and i now will be charged for the same thing they charge me for again bad service poor customer service and even after all that the dentist tried to play it off i thought it was rude and inconsiderate to what i needed and wanted

Wonderful experience! I went with my 90-year-old dad and they took great care of him. The staff are amazing and the dental equipment is high-tech. They were super friendly and extremely patient . Dad hadnt been in the chair for a while so quite a bit was new to him. Thank you Dr Jane and the staff!

They were super nice and did everything as expected. My only reason for three stars was because of the amount of time spent here. I had an appointment at 1 for my daughter. Showed up at 12:45, waited until 2:30 until we even got into a room. Just a really long time to wait.

I love how amazing and sweet the staff is. always ready to make my kids comfortable and works with me on scheduling since I'm always busy. I've never had a problem and always recommend!!

Best dental experience I ever had every one so friendly I had lot of work done . The dentist took his time and did fantastic job. The staff was very friendly and and attentive.

From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left they were amazing. I am a very difficult patient from my fear of dental work. They were understanding, patient, and calm. The music and company was amazing. And, whoever spoke of Candace and her voice was dead on! It was extremely soothing. I highly recommend this place! If I could go above 5 stars I would. I will be using this place permanently!

Both of my boys had a great experience and are always asking about their next visit! Very kid friendly, the dental assistant (cecelia) was so kind and gentle with them. More dental assistance should thrive to be more like her
