Love how clean and organize this place is! My daughter (5) loves coming here, I love the customer service and the prizes that she gets to have at the end of the day! Makes coming to the dentist way easier to manage! Definitely recommend but also bring a jacket or blanket because it does get very cold

Staff is super great and nice! Now the doctors are okay also but they are always either short staffed or no shows or idk but we always are there for 2 or 3 hrs. Each and everytime we have to ask why we haven't been seen. It's extremeley frustrating that they overbook on appointments especially when there is only one doctor! My kids are 6 and 2 but regardless of how many kids you got or how old, 2 hrs is along time which in turn makes it for a horrible visit! Not only are you trying to hurry in every appt you schedule but let alone with 2 kids that have a short attention span makes it miserable. I worked at a dental office for 4 yrs and we never overbooked so coming to something like this and having hope on our 4th visit it would get better is more than disappointing. Really trying to like this place as much as my kids but I'm losing hope and might start looking for something else.
