I've been taking my kids to Smile Magic in Garland for the last 12 years. Cool playground and movie theater area in the waiting lobby makes the kids excited to go. They get to collect tokens to use for small toys after the visit, and even get a new toothbrush and paper crown at the end to make them feel like royalty. It has always been clean, staff is professional, they really care about the kids dental hygiene and explain everything to the kids well. They accept most insurances and Medicaid. I drive over an hour away every 6 months just because I couldn't dream of taking my kids anywhere else. I love taking my kids to Smile Magic in Garland!

This place Is completely unprofessional. I can do without all the cuteness just for a little more professional staff. They set appointments completely different than what you book over the phone! $5500 for braces and their still completely RUDE! Even the managers have no business education! All the staff need to be fired and replaced! Don't waste your time taking your children to the place just for the cute decor! Completely not worth it. They'll tell you your child needs all these fillings and caps and if you get a second opinion that's a lie and completely unnecessary work. All they want is the money but don't live up to what your paying for! Will definitely be finding another dentist asap as soon as my daughter gets her braces off!

Great environment and very friendly and accommodating staff! My kids loved visiting and enjoyed the many amenities while we waited to be called. The indoor playground, movie theater, and colorful paintings on the walls kept my children entertained. At the end of our visit, my children received tokens to get prizes and a souvenir bag with a toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste. This office made my children love the experience of coming to the dentist and they can't wait until their next visit.

My mother came to check her teeth and they told her to come back by 2pm to do some work so we came a little earlier than 2pm and by 2:22pm they have not call her yet...I check the time and it was 50 minutes later from the time they told her This was a very bad experience Very Unprofessional team

I am actually very displeased. I had a appointment for 2:30pm today. I arrived and and checked in at 1:50pm. I waited for more than 1 hour before someone called me to the back. Then when I was called I was still waiting for another 20 min. At this point I had to get up and ask if someone was going to come see me. Today was very time consuming. If you guys are understaff, I understand. However, the scheduling should accommodate the amount of employees that are working.
