I really appreciate how professional they are. It was my first time n told them I didn't have insurance they put me on a care credit plan they explain step by step where I can understandtand. 3rd time we come here and they canceled my appointment or can't attend us even if we had called and scheduled after 5:30pm, reason being even though they close at 6pm there shouldn't be people after 5. Waste of our time just so they can leave early. Be clear with your appointments!

I came as a first time costumer and was disappointed. After x-rays were done, I was sat in a chair that was a little wet. I ignored it cause i figured i rather sit in a chair that's a little wet and know it's disinfected than a chair that wasn't disinfected. Next, the doctor comes in to check my teeth and tells me everything is great and asks the hygienist if I was cleaned already. The hygienist lied to him saying she had already cleaned my teeth and that i was set to go. I interrupted and let the doctor know that no one had cleaned my teeth yet. They both looked at me shocked and the hygienist said she apologizes she got confused and that she would go ahead and clean my teeth. The doctor leaves and my hygienist is letting other people know they can go to lunch. The hygienist seemed to be in a hurry to leave to because she only polished a few of my teeth and called it a day. She didn't floss my teeth, scrape the backs, and didn't polish all the teeth just the back teeth and a few in the front. She did my cleaning in literally 3 minutes. I have never had a cleaning that rushed and unfinished. I'm willing to give this place another chance, perhaps she needed to go somewhere important during her lunch but for now, i was greatly disappointed in how my appointment went.

Today my daughter's had an appointment this place is so amazing they're so great with kids the way they they take their time which each children it's just so amazing I love it the dentist they're so loving and caring they actually take their time with each child I love this place I am super excited to come back
