Everytime my daughter goes to this location, they tell me there's no issues with her teeth. But when we come to the Ortho in Lewisville, they always find something. My daughter just had an appt with the denton location and the doctor said no cavities. Found out she has 3 cavities at the ortho

My daughter had all of her wisdom teeth pulled at Smile Magic. Everyone was extremely nice and really understanding. The staff and the Doctor's were dedicated, compassionate, and helpful. The entire dental experience was totally respectful and professional. The removal process was explained beforehand and all of my questions were answered concretely. My daughter was very satisfied with the dental services that she received and she gave them so many wonderful compliments. Thanks for caring, Smile Magic

I have brought my kids here since birth. 17 years now ! My oldest is a senior in high-school now. He is the one of my three who is TERRIFIED of the dentist. It is reason I chose Smile Magic when he was a baby. Still love this place. I drive to Denton from Prosper just to keep my kids here. Love you guys! Thank you for all the years of outstanding service!

Happy with our visit today. The staff doing my My son's X-ray was very gentle and patient with him. Although he did cry a little, she made it up to him with a special prize. Now he is excited for his next visit

*Update* apparently once they see you bad review they feel the need to harass you by calling you and others linked to the account multiple times to discuss it... *STAY AWAY!* I made my appointment almost a week out but they didn't run my insurance until I got there... They said I might have not shown up and it would have been a waste of their time.. great so waste mine instead.. I had to wait for almost an hour past our check in time. No one seemed to know what was going on. Every time I asked a question they all looked to one lady who was constantly on the phone and having to do other's jobs. My son had to have an emergency tooth pulled and the process was hardly explained and when they brought him out to me he was crying in pain and terrified. The nurse told me after the fact that this is normal. Why was I not warned in advanced a bad drug side affect may be normal?... my son later told me he remembers waking up strapped to the table. Which I know isn't normal. That tells me they did not dose him correctly for the procedure. STAY AWAY!

Was not very happy how I was charged on my card for $30 after I informed them several times that I had already paid for the $30 membership that checked one tooth. Not very happy to have to pay $30 for one tooth when I can go else where and get a free exam at no charge. I waited and waited on the front desk for them to realize from the beginning they had my name spelled wrong. Communication there is not very good at all. I am done trying up there just to get an exam to help start on a happier smile for me. I will continue to bring my kids, but as far as I go I will go somewhere else because it seems all the confusion has got me nowhere and out of money when economy is already hard.
