Horrible. I had an appointment at 11:30, it was after 2 before I was seen and the whole staff acted like that was completely normal.

The office is so amazing for children. The play area in the lobby is clean and well maintained. The staff is great with kids and all looked happy to be there.

So today we totally did not get our normal guy..... but..... I will tell you.... The guy that was there.... He 100% did not disappoint! He was amazing! And the dental hygienist/nursing/ staff .... Whatever they are called officially, was awesome! I love this place! So do my girls! So that right there makes me love it so much more. Considering my dentist growing up was like 100 yrs old and had bad breath. seriously this place is amazing!

Our appointment with my 3 kids today was awsome. The kids love it. The staff are approachable and Dr. Muns is a so nice too. Kids can learn because he explains the xray results and talked to them nicely...Thank you so much...keep up the good work!

Very great and nice staff, very knowledgeable and helpful, great little play place for the kids, the ladies in the back Are willing to hold my 9 mo old son while I get work done whenever I don't have a baby sitter, love this place!!

First I can not blame Dr. Booth, since you were understaffed. I had a 1:00pm appointment. I arrived at 12:50pm and left at 4:45pm. I was not called until 1:45pm. I was taken into the operatory where I had a mold of my teeth for the new crowns, then watched Childress cartoons for almost an hour before Dr. Booth could begin the work on my teeth. Finally two temporary crowns were put on around 4:15pm, the back crown a little high. I was asked to wait for Dr. Booth. After waiting, another 15 minutes at 4:45pm I gave up and left. That evening I was Preparing to go bed, I flossed down and pulled out on the temporary crowns as instructed, then began brushing and the back temporary crown came out. And when I looked to see when the office was to open, I learned not until Monday. I want to be able to first thing Monday morning the 12th be at the office and have the temporary crown put back on with no waiting. Robert Rosecrans

I have been seeing Dr Booth and the awesome technicians at Smile Magic for several years now. It have always been treated with respect and kindness. Their objective is to make you comfortable and at ease while they take care of your dental hygiene! Today I had an appointment with them and another with my medical Dr. After explaining my situation to them they assured me that they would have me out of their office in time for my next appointment and they did. Thank you Dr Booth and staff!!

Dr. Booth is the absolute greatest! He always makes my daughter feel comfortable and she actually looks forward to going to the dentist now.
