Exceptional! My 6yo son loves his dentist, Dr. Sundareswaran. Dr. S and the entire staff really understand how to interact with their young patients and make them feel at ease. The office is spotless and the atmosphere in the office truly engages the adolescent mind. We absolutely love Smile Magic of Johns Creek!

I had a very bad experience with this dental office and their front staff. I found Dr. Pushpa on my insurance's website, made appointments for my 3 kids 3 months in advance, and then was told the practice does not take my insurance. The whole situation has been annoying and unprofessional. No one seemed to know the answer to anything.

I brought my little sisters here for a cleaning & they were super satisfied with the amazing staff! Both Dr. Pushpa & Dr. Sharon are super kind and very amazing with their patients! The staff & the assistants are all AMAZING and super kid friendly! I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends here!

Dr Sharon is a wonderful dentist. My daughter has been a patient there for a couple of years and working with Dr. Sharon and her staff has been a breeze. I love that the fees are never questionable and that I know what I have to pay for treatment beforehand if anything is needed besides a cleaning. Last night my daughter chipped her two front (permanent) teeth. Her normal appt was scheduled for next week but I figured I should call and see if we needed to come in sooner. Dr. Sharon was off and the office was closed to patients (on this Monday before she left for vacation), but they said to come in anyway b/c of the possible damage. She checked her, x-rays, did the cleaning and fixed the part of the tooth that was causing some sensitivities all without an appointment. She referred us to an endodontist to have nerve testing done. She prepped us for what to do and expect over the next month, for what may happen in the future and what the treatment plan on her end would be. This was extraordinary care but even for a normal appointment, Dr. Sharon is perfection.

I wish there is an option for negative stars. This place deserves no stars. It all started when my wife took my autistic son to his cleaning appointment last April. During that visit it was determined that IV sedation is needed. The appointment was set for Jun 17th and my wife was told sedation requires pre payment and must be received no later than Jun 10th or my son will lose his appointment. Which is ok, and I'm ok with any office policies as long as they're clear and apply to all patients. The paperwork my wife signed that April day did not provide any deadline for the prepayment. Actually, the paperwork states that the only time my child will lose his spot is when we fail to confirm the appointment 48 hours before the office visit. So far everything is cool, until the office manager start to call me in May demanding the prepayment and threatening to remove my child from the schedule. Those were extremely annoying and rude calls. i will be busy working then had to stop what I'm doing to deal with Magic Smile Dentistry office manager demanding prepayment like a debt collector. Finally, I've had enough of her calls and demanded explanation of what's the point of all these calls since the procedure is still weeks into the future and whether all the patients receive the same treatment or just certain "type" of customers and asked to talk to the dentist. The dentist called and left a voice-mail with yet another version of their office plicy stating that the prepayment must be made 2 weeks in advance. Again I'm ok with clear policies but just don't bother me and annoy me with phone calls whenever you have nothing better to do and start to threaten to remove my son from the schedule. Have a deadline for the prepayment on the paperwork we sign and leave me alone. If i don't make the payment before the deadline and my son loses his appointment then it's my fault. On Jun 2nd exactly 2 weeks before the appointment I offered to make the payment but was told that my son's appointment was already moved to July. I did not appreciate that. All patients deserve to be treated with respect no matter race or religious background. My son will go to a different dentist. However, my next stop is a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Small businesses should learn to have clear policies and apply them to ALL patients.

This office is fantastic!!! Both Dr Sharon and Dr Pushpa are really wonderful with the kids . The staff are all amazing and warm . The office is very clean and inviting . Just love the experience we had and will definitely be coming staying for a long time !!!

My daughter was nervous about going to the dentist but when she was greeted by the team at Smile Magic she was fine. The facility is very inviting and we can't wait for our next visit. While driving home she told me that she loves the dentist.....and her yellow balloon!

This is an amazing practice with a great staff! From the moment you call and walk in customer service is amazing! They treat their patients with kindness that is unforgettable! My niece was scheduled for two treatments on two different appointments and Dr. Desouza was able to take care of these treatments under one appointment! Today, my niece had her treatments with Dr. DeSouza and her assistant Kaleena and they were AMAZING with her! They were very professional, detail, show you step by step of what is being treated, and treated her like if she was family!! Dr, DeSouza is a GREAT dentist who treats her staff very nice! Not to gossip but one of her staff member had a family emergency and Dr. Desouza handle the situation with professionalism and the staff had great team work! I am very pleased with their service! Thank You Dr. DeSouza and your team for what you do!!! :)

Dr. Pushpa and her team are all wonderful to work with. I am able to take both my kids in for their appointment at the same time and wait times are minimal. Also, Dr. Pushpa has the best bedside manner and always takes the time to explain things and get to know your kids. She goes out of her way to get to know her patients and make sure they are comfortable and taken care of.

If I could give 10 stars I WOULD! Smile Magic Dentistry gave my daughter and myself a complete night and day experience from a previous dental provider that shall not be named. From the customer service over the phone, to the quick next day scheduling, warm welcome greeting upon arrival, and interaction with my daughter throughout every step of her visit, what more can I say to provide clarity that Smile Magic is the place to go for your little one.

We've been here several times. This visit we got Kaleena (( the assistant )) She has the BEST beside manner ! She made the visit that began stressful (( just b/c of my daughter high anxiety with the dentists)) she calmed her down for her to be comfortable for the procedure. She was fantastic. Made jokes and talked her about fun stuff . I can tell she enjoys her job!!!! And our last time we were there the hygienist Lora was amazing as well. I drive an hour to get here. It's sooo worth it. The checkout girl was friendly too! Thank you ladies!!!
