After majoring in Biology at Arizona State University, Dr. Chan braved the cold winters by attending dental school at the University of Pittsburgh and simultaneously completed a Masters in Public Health. Dr. Chan made the journey back to the west side of the US by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry in Half Moon Bay and Oakland, California, and working in Indian Health Services.
In dental school, she learned that she had a passion for volunteering and helping underserved communities when studying for her Masters. Dr. Chan went on a dental mission trip, donated free dental work over the last 10 years through Give Kids a Smile, and volunteered at the Chandler Care Center.
Amanda has worked in dentistry for over 10 years and is also an Arizona native. She welcomes all patients with her soothing demeanor and vast knowledge in dental finances. Her time outside of work is spent with her husband, son and dog.

We value your health and safety, and make this our top priority. Between every patient, we disinfect our equipment and sterilize instruments with the most effective and safest products and technology available. We even use a fogging machine regularly throughout the day to combat viruses.
We follow all OSHA protocol for sterilization of our instruments. After each use, instruments and handpieces undergo ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and sterilized in the latest autoclave. Our autoclave is monitored regularly according to our local spore testing company.
We know that many people prefer alternative relaxation techniques for dental visits. We offer We use the latest techniques to assure you are comfortable during each procedure. These options include nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation.
Every staff member wears proper personal protective equipment including masks, goggles, shields, jackets and new gloves for every patient. We also undergo regular training for OSHA, BLS CPR, HIPAA and bloodborne pathogens.

Was having incredible tooth pain over a broken molar. I've had some horrible experiences with dentist lately. This office staff was amazing from the phone call to the actual procedure. Dr Put me at ease right away and was so pleasant. I felt comfortable there and highly recommend this office. Thank you so much

I had my first visit here just yesterday and I had a great experience from start to finish!! I was taken back right away from the wait room which was nice. The girl that did my x-rays was very friendly and made the experience comfortable for me. The doctor did a great job of explaining everything that was going on and was also very friendly. Overall, great staff, no wait times, and very clean beautiful office. Would definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! I was able to get in for a teeth cleaning really quick. The staff is super friendly and inviting. Dr. Chan is great at what she does, great bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out for all your dental needs!

I have bad teeth and went in with a lot of pain and dr kevin took his time and was making sure everything was being done right. I dont like going to the dentist, i am one of those people that are scred of the dentist. But dr kevin communicated well of what he was doing the whole time and what i need. Being able to watch tv while youre getting worked on is kinda cool too, it distracted my mind alot of the time. Everyone there is also very friendly and professional. Seemed like everyone wanted to help. They all work as a good team.

Dr Chan, her assistant and the whole office was absolutely great. The best Dentist I have ever had and believe me I have had a lot. I had been to another dentist office for the same thing, they were way to expensive, so my granddaughter referred me to Dr Chan and boy am I happy she did and so is my pocketbook, it saved me hundreds and my teeth look awesome!!! Listen....I have never had a better experience at a dentist office...these group of women that interacted with me and my family were beyond amazing they were clear with any changes, communications were detailed I never felt pressured to do anything I felt loved and appreciated....I drove here all the way from Sierra Vista Az.....with these gas prices IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!!! Ms. Chan and her staff have a great place. They make you feel at home. Appointment was " on time ". Work was performed in a prompt manner. She planned out my future work on my terms and budget, which is a plus. Most dentists seem to want to dictate the action. Remember folks, you are the boss, the paying customer. Ms. Chan realizes this and works with you personally to help you reach your best interest. Definitely recommend Dr. Chan and Smile Loft Dentistry.

I love love this office! They have not been open for a very long time and I am very pleased that I stumbled upon them. so pleased that I have referred my boyfriend, family, friends and even my coworkers. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I went in beginning of 2021, my very first visit for consultation, cleaning and teeth whitening. I expressed my interest in orthodontics and Dr. Chan was very educating on the different options and I decide to go with Invisalign. At first I experienced some complications with my trays that I received, so I called them and they made it a priority to get it fixed within the next day of my phone call. The one thing I love about this office is that every time I call they are always fast to answer their phone calls or if I leave a message they always respond within the next hour or that day. Throughout my treatments I have told Dr.Chan my concerns and she listens and take great actions. I am coming towards the end of my treatment and I am very pleased with the service they have provided me. I highly recommend this place!
