Absolutely amazing. The front desk and team did an exceptional job. They were able to squeeze in an emergency walk in appointment. The place is very clean and the doctors were very knowledgeable! 10/10 I recommend

Very nice office and staff. I had a billing problem and worked with the Financial Manager Jay. He worked with me until we got everything straight. He was very nice and patient. The entire staff was very friendly and everyone worked together to keep me informed of the process. I would recommend this dental office.

Just when I thought I had found a fairly decent dental office, I had a rude awakening instead. On Wednesday, April 17th, I had an upper right wisdom tooth extraction by Dr. G. After extracting the tooth, he stated that it was infected. I thought in good faith Dr. G would at least proscribe Tylenol to help with the pain and antibiotics to deal with any lingering or remaining infection but that was not the case. So, I proceeded to ask the accompanying hygienist for a few Tylenol with codeine but instead she gave me an instruction sheet and a pack with two gauzes. At home, I was in pain after the anesthetic wore off; hence, I resorted to employing my over the counter Tylenol to help alleviate the pain. On Friday August 19th, I awoke with a swollen jaw, pain at the roof of my mouth, pain to the tooth adjacent to the extraction, and soreness to the right side of my throat. Moreover, the salivary taste from my mouth didn't feel right--I concluded that it may be an infection. I called the dental office at 12:55 p.m. and I reported my concerns with Christine, the receptionist, who answered the call. She also had me repeated myself so that she could convey my concerns and request to Dr. G. I had also requested that Dr. G call in an antibiotic proscription at the closest CVS for me so that I can pick it up. She asked what was the closest pharmacy to my location and I gave her the location. Christine said she would call me back as soon as she spoke with Dr. G. At 2:45 p.m. I called back because I had not heard from Christine. She did not answer the phone, but the male receptionist answered the phone. When I stated who I was, he proceeded to tell me that "Your deductible is $1,500." I also fell out of my chair. So, I asked him what was the $1,500 for and that all I wanted was an antibiotic prescription. He replied "You are scheduled for a crown procedure on Monday, and your deductible is $1,500." At this point, I almost fainted because I had no discussion with anyone in that office regarding a crown procedure on Monday August 22. He proceeded to tell me that Christine asked him to call me about the procedure because she talked with me about it on the phone. The Devil is a liar indeed because I had no such conversation with Christine. Instead of she calling me back in my time of need and concerns, she decided to lie to her coworker and only after I called did I know they had scheduled me for a procedure on Monday. This is unacceptable. Then, he proceeded to tell me that the office is closed at 3:00 p.m. and I should get there before 3:00 p.m for the prescription because they do not have the ability to call in a prescription to a pharmacy at this time. I told him there's no way that I could get to the dental office by 3:00 p.m. since it was 2:45 p.m. Then, he asked me to pick up the prescription Monday morning for the pain and possible infection that I was experiencing. I told him that his suggestion was unacceptable. He reverberated to me that he was doing me a favor. Imagine that? I had never been so appalled in my experience with a dental office and with a receptionist who believes that he was doing me a favor. To him I would say the customers who walks in the door of your dental establishment are the ones doing you a favor, including me. Their payments and deductibles for services rendered are what pay your salary--hence, you have no favor to give to any customer. After this debacle, I've concluded that this dental office is not the place for me! It seems that the emphasis is only on money and not on caring for the customer. Finally, I can also guarantee that Christine ignored my call and did not convey my concerns to Dr. G. She did not even have the decency as a professional to call me back but she had the nerve to lie on me.

This place scams you out of your money. My son is 19 and went to the dentist here and they charged him $30 for a fluoride treatment. I called my insurance and they said the treatment was free for his age. They said they were going to refund my son, but he is yet to get a refund. They told him that he need 6 fillings and his cost after the insurance was $200. My insurance said they can only charge a maximum of $116 per filling which is $696 but I would only have to pay 20% so $139.20 out of pocket. Where did the $200 come from? They were going to steal another $200 from him and then charge the insurance too. They already stole $30. My son doesn't eat candy or really drink sodas so I asked who was the dentist because they were taking advantage of my child and trying to get him to get fillings that he doesn't need. They said the owner Dr. Patel was his dentist and he'll call me back. Of course, suddenly he had an emergency and he would call me the next day, first thing in the morning. I still have not received a phone call or my son hasn't received a refund. Please call your insurance to verify costs of services here and don't believe their treat plan. I recommend you find another dentist. They are money hungry and preying on people. Karma will return your bad treatment of people.

I've been coming here for a little over 2 years and this is the best experience I've ever had with a dentist's office. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Excellent customer service. My assigned hygienist is the best! Love her! And the dentists here are very ethical and will not con you into getting unnecessary dental work like previous dentists I've been to.

Let me tell you this is the place to be. Dr Petel and his assistant took care of me they made me comfortable and they indeed work together as a team they definitely respect each other with knowing both are a great piece to a fabulous job . I'm receiving a dental bridge it's not quite completed yet but I just know I will love it . Both Dr. Petel and his assistant has great chair side manners even doe I was crawling myself out of that chair they assured me I'll be just fine and I was once I put in the back of my mind everything will be ok. Dr.Petel also keep it real I initially came in for a implant and not a dental bridge he told me and showed me why I will not be able to do the dental implant explains it detail by detail and suggested I do the bridge. Even doe I wanted what I wanted I knew he knows best and sense everything about him and his team made me comfortable enough to allow him to do what he do best I'm doing just that . Wonderful office Wonderful team ... you can also get a laugh from the bank teller I forgot his name but you will know exactly who he is because you can't pass go without talking to him to Finalize the bill just have a little sense of humor when dealing with him ... thanks Smile Loft . I do can't wait for the finished work I do can't wait so I can smile all over again
