Dr. Carl Estler is a former Katy ISD teacher who has provided dental care to the Katy, Texas, community for more than 30 years. He is an award-winning dentist specializing in family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, TMJ treatment and orthodontic care. Dr. Estler and his team pride themselves on their gentle approach that encourages preventive dental services to avoid problems in the future.
Dr. Estler attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston and has a doctorate in dental surgery. He is a member of Greater Houston Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, The American Dental Association, and attends several study clubs to stay on top of the latest dental advancements.
Dr. Estler loves working in the Katy area and enjoys watching the community grow through his patients: he sees not only the children of his longtime patients, but also their grandchildren and some great grandchildren! He is an active member of Second Baptist Church, the Cinco Ranch Rotary Club and Business Networking International. He is also a licensed private pilot, enjoys water skiing and cycling.
The Kelliwood Dental Safe Fee Plan provides comprehensive dental care at our office through an affordable and convenient fee schedule. There are no waiting periods, deductibles, lifetime maximums or claim forms. No service rendered at this office will be excluded. Any member of the family is eligible. There are no age restrictions, full time student requirements, or marriage requirements.

I had an old crown (10yr) on a molar that had one cusp shear off 10 years ago. Recently, I had a gap develop under the crown that trapped a lot of food and required constant flossing and water picking to keep clean until my next regular visit. During that visit Amanda took an X-ray that showed the old cusp build-up or another cusp sheared off under the old crown creating the large void below the gumline. Dr. Ng and his assistant Kelly did a very nice job of saving my tooth that was not having any pain or sensitivity issues. They built it back up and prepped it for a new crown. So far I am very happy with Drs. Ng & Estler and the staff there including Kelly and Amanda. I am 57 yrs old and been to many dentists in my life. Dr. Estler and Ng's office is very pleasant, kind, helpful, and skilled. In mine and my family of 5 visits to the office over the last year we think they are the best dentists we have been to. My wife and I are pretty fastidious and Smile Like the Stars has impressed us!

Painless filling! I had a bad and very painful experience with cavity fillings at my previous dentist and was so worried, but Dr. Ng did a great job!! I had 4 cavities filled and felt no pain at all. They all made me feel comfortable and it was an easy process.

Been going here for years, They've always taken care of me and the family. Doctor Ng is their newer dentist and is amazing. He's done two of my operations and is great.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jeffrey Ng while he was a dental student at the University of Minnesota. He was super great and proactive about getting my dental health back on the right track after I had let it go a bit while at college. I always felt like I was getting the best possible customer care, and am so grateful for the care plan he developed as well as his follow through. I have to admit I am a bit sad that he is practicing in Texas and that I can't see him anymore myself, but I would happily and wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone.

This practice is good feel, good vibes, good people and good work all the way around. They're an absolutely stunning & stellar team from front office to the doctors. You may walk in not so happy and in pain but you will walk out laughing or with a smile ear to ear. It's like a family there and you're the visiting cousin loving every moment. Dr. Bf is the newest addition and a fabulous one. He is so nice , so calm and Both dentists are damn good at their job and nothing beats that in dentistry. It's your teeth, your smile and they're in good hands here. Alongside the stellar performances you have "bedside manner" which could not be better. Everyone is so kind and I've had a lot of work done that's super uncomfortable for any human being but here it's all so overwhelmingly wonderful you can't be anything but comfortable and they truly do care about how you feel and to me that matters. Every single person who works at this practice is a gem and you rarely find such a group or place. If you're afraid of the dentist as many people out there are then I suggest here bc you are in more than capable and knowledgeable hands and the atmosphere alone is calming. Even your view is pure serenity! In Katy! It's fabulous! Trust my review as I have had a horror story of a time before coming here with dentists and they have fixed everything and I just love them all. Be smart and choose to smile like the stars.
