While I was waiting in my Dental chair, they will ask if you are "comfortable" before the dental procedure. After multiple Novocaine shots, I had little pain while my tooth filling was being done! I highly recommend it to people who are sentitive to pain. They will do their best to accommodate your needs!

I showed up stoned for an extraction because I don't like taking pills unless I have to, they told me I had to reschedule when I'm "sober." My tooth is in pain and they're pushing me out another week because of something that isn't even their business! It's not like I showed up causing a problem or anything.

The reception staff is the worst. They lie to you about services that you can't get, refer you to go to Capital Dental if you don't like their service. Instead of actually caring about what you need, they cop attitudes and try and make you feel bad. The dentists are ok but the office ladies are the worst. Be warned

I have needed some work on my teeth for a while. They had to cancel and reschedule but having to wait MONTHS in between Appointments doesn't allow to get caught up. This last appointment with dr andrews was the worst experience in any dental office. When he saw the plan he kept sighing super heavy like he didn't want to do it. EVERYTIME he would come back into the room He would sigh. The nurse asked him a question about what he was wanting to use and he said "I don't care, whatever you want". I was already super anxious and his bed side manner was TRASH. He never let me know what was going on, he didn't even tell me when the laughing gas was on. It was atrocious service and I will be filing a complaint. he made me feel so self conscious and gave me even worse anxiety.

Ive been going to smile keepers for a little while now and everything was fine but since this summer i cant even get a call back after multiple voice mails have been left. Called the springfield location to have them see if they could get ahold of me, so they sent them a email with my info and months have been past and i still haven't heard anything. Find a different place to go this place is a waste of time.

I needed two fillings. They scheduled me a few months out for the first one but then they offered me a second filling appointment 2 days after the first, which was nice. They did an excellent job. They are also very pleasant in person.

I've been taking my family here for two years. The dentists and hygienists are excellent and they do great work. However this is the worst run office I have ever experienced. They have lost four appointments. I have called them again and again and they do not answer. They sometimes take a while before they can find the file of one of their patients. I am ready to bill them for the time and gas they wasted on appointments they lost or cancelled without informing us. Frankly, I would recommend to go somewhere else

The service has really declined over the past year. Buckle up. Had 4 appts booked out 6 months from December 2021- apparently one of their doctors walked out (don't blame him) so 2 of my appointments were canceled and I was told I would get a call back to reschedule them once they got a new doctor. You can probably guess that nobody called me back, so I called and they told me that they already rescheduled one of the appointments to a day and time that I did not approve or talk to anybody about. Then they told me that they don't book 4 appointments at a time for 1 patient so they will not be rescheduling these 2 cancelled appointments. Great I wasted 6 months of my time. Finally go in for a filling, I can tell this new doctor is straight out of dental school. I have a specific tooth on the bottom left that is bothering me, she said she is going to work on a different tooth because the last 2 times she worked on patients lower teeth she had to dismiss them because she couldn't get the numbing to work. This fills me with a TON of confidence that this is going to be great. She does this filling super quickly because she has a Pilates class to get to. This tooth is now SO painful I can't even chew on that side, it wasn't even bothering me before I went in. The filling was meant to be preventative. Last but not least at the end of the appointment there was an ANT crawling on my face walking up to my MOUTH while I'm still laying there with my mouth open. Y'all I can't make this up. The assistant was great about it and I get that ants are bad right now but come on people, this is a medical clinic. Save yourself the trouble and find a new dentist

been a long time client, so when i was suddenly told IN THE CHAIR right before the proceedure that my dentist was suddenly changed without making me aware beforehand and that "because she didn't have her license, she wouldn't be able to use something i needed in the proceedure", so i could reschedule earlier and save much more time. consider me taken aback. now i have to wait literal months /after/ waiting literal months to get this proceedure. on top of that, nobody told me until, again, i was in the chair of the appointment, that insurance wouldn't cover another treatment and it would be pay out of pocket. one of the most unprofessional experiences in this place i've ever had. The ONLY reason you get an extra star is because the dentist gave an alternative treatment so that I didn't wait months for nothing. but you guys have my number, there is no excuse to throw all of this on me randomly, and if i could change dentists i would.

Wife waited 3 months for a root canal, only to have the appointment cancelled by the clinic. Now she has to wait for a totally different dentist, and has to go through the entire process again. Absolute failure.

The worst. Complete waste of time. Don't even bother. Nothing but deeply disappointing experiences for the 2+ years we've tried to have Smile Keepers as our dentist. The day before your appointment they will call and cancel and reschedule for several more months out. Every time. If you're lucky to get in at all, ever, it's just for an exam. We have never received any actual dental care here.

I love smile keepers they are friendly, trustworthy, and they get the job done. I have been going there for work for years and always get great service and honest information. I needed an emergency tooth looked at and they got me in right away even with there busy schedule. Thank you for your excellent service and good friendly attitudes. I recommend smile keeper's to all and enjoy going there to get work done. Thank you.

I take very good care of my teeth and haven't had a cavity in many years. They replaced an old filling that had apparently cracked and they somehow completely butchered my tooth. I can't chew with it now and they tell me they can't fix it for months because they're understaffed. Honestly this is why people are afraid of going to the dentist.

Dr. Benjamin Saikin is a wonderful dentist, I was looking for a dentist that would take my OHP and I am so glad I chose this dental clinic! I had my first appointment with him this week and he was skilled, humble and very kind. No waiting either, they called me right in! When the Doc did my original consultation, he's suggestions were exactly what I wanted done, we were really on the same page, Thank you Doctor! Cynthia Adams
