Scarlet began as a dental hygienist for over 18 years, and since has enjoyed working in management and customer service. She loves interacting with patients and making them smile! Scarlet is a native of Huntsville, Alabama where she raised her family of four and moved to the area 3 years ago with her husband. She travels back to Alabama to visit her children as often as she can or head to the beach! When not at work, you can typically find her spending time in her garden!
For as long as she can remember dentistry has been a true passion of hers. After 30+ years of experience, she still gets the same joy of seeing how patients confidence coincides with their beautiful smiles. She graduated with a Dental Science and Clinic Certificate. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, Jayce and Kailyn, and her dog, Ivy.
Lisa graduated from Williamsport Area Community College in 1984 with her Associate Degree in Applied Science-Dental Hygiene. She is currently licensed in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and South Carolina. In 2013, Lisa furthered her education by obtaining licensure to be a phlebotomist. She has been married to her husband for 33 wonderful years, and they have been blessed with three beautiful daughters. In her spare time, Lisa loves spending time with her family and hiking, traveling, and doing yard work with her husband.
Dana brings 23 years of experience to the Smile Innovations Team. She received her Dental Hygiene Degree from Sinclair Community College, which includes local anesthetic and general supervision licensure. She has a passion for getting to know her patients on a personal level and educating them on how to achieve and maintain a healthy smile! Outside of the office, Dana enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones, vacationing near the ocean, and riding motorcycles.
Cathy graduated from Sinclair Community College in 1986 with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She also earned a Masters degree from Liberty University in 2011 and teaches in the EFDA program at the University of Cincinnati. She and her husband have three married sons, three daughter-in-laws, one daughter with special needs and one grandson. She enjoys spending time with her family, singing, sewing and knitting.
Elyssa completed Dental Assisting school at Miami Valley Career Technology Center in 2002. She has been a dental assistant in Ohio, Indiana, and Florida for over 20 years. She loves working with veterans and giving back to her community. When not at the dental office, Elyssa enjoys quality time with her two sons, as well as anything outdoors!
Dr. Gioiello earned her DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from The Ohio State University and has been practicing dentistry for over 4 years. She strives for an office culture that embraces continuous improvement and advanced technology, along with being able to spend time with patients to create a lasting bond. She believes it is very important for each individual to completely understand his/her recommended treatment, so she spends the time explaining everything in a way a patient can understand. She is personable, compassionate, and professional, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
