Dr. Diem Do was born in Vietnam and has been a proud New Orleans resident since 1975. After graduating from West Jefferson High School in 1987, he obtained his bachelors degree in biology from the University of New Orleans in 1991. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the LSU School of Dentistry in 1995 and opened his private practice shortly thereafter.
Dr. Do is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Seattle Study Club, the New Orleans Dental Association, and the Louisiana Dental Association. He is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to provide his patients with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
Dr. Do and his wife, Trinh, have two daughters, Maddie and Kenzie, and a son, Benjamin. In his spare time, Dr. Do enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, fishing and cheering on the New Orleans Saints.
Pankey-trained dentists are taught how to treat patients as individuals, how to do complete examinations, how to take enough time to listen and answer questions fully, and how to create a practice that reflects their own personal values. Optimal care is the goal of Pankey-trained dentists, and this creates long-lasting comfort, function, and naturally beautiful teeth.
Dr. Tami Nguyen was born and raised in Marrero, Louisiana. After graduating from John Ehret High School, she attended Xavier University of Louisiana where she received a bachelors degree in biology. She then earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Tami is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentists, Louisiana Dental Association, and New Orleans Dental Association. Aside from providing compassionate dental care, Dr. Tami is also passionate about developing relationships with patients to facilitate trust. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with loved ones.
I have worked at Dr. Dos office for over 10 years. I really enjoy the relationships I have built with my patients over the years. Dental hygiene is truly my passion, and I thoroughly enjoy being a part of creating each patients perfect smile. Educating our patients and being able to pass on direct knowledge that can not only enhance their dental health but also their overall systemic health is a great feeling. Being a dental hygienist for almost 15 years has been an extremely rewarding career, and I look forward to many more years to come with my dental family. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my 2 daughters, going camping, fishing and enjoying life! Also I enjoy having new rescue pets a dog and cat!
I was born and raised here on the West Bank. As a little girl, the dental field always intrigued me, and this interest led me to begin my dental assistant career in 2017. Ive had the pleasure of working with stellar doctors and a great team since July of 2020. In my free time, I love being with friends and family. I also love to bake, cook, play pool and sing! I love working in the dental field and being able to make our patients feel comfortable, happy, and confident with their beautiful smiles.
I love greeting our patients with a smile and making them feel welcomed. I am committed to caring for our patients and helping them reach their goal of a healthy mouth and beautiful smile. I am married to a wonderful husband, Chad. We have a son named Ty. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family.
I am married to my lovely husband Gary of 22 years. We have 3 children. I love to chalk paint furniture and enjoy being crafty. I was Dr. Dos dental assistant in his earlier years of dentistry. I took an extended leave of absence to raise my children, and I am so blessed and beyond thrilled to be back home with my dental family again. My favorite part of dentistry is that you can change a life by changing a smile.

I am completely speechless. I can't recommend this office enough. They were so thorough, so informative and so compassionate throughout my whole visit and gave me many options for treatment. I have never in my life came across an office like this one, they are truly a gem. Dr Tami and Megan are amazing!

I actually love going to the dentist because Dr. Diem, Dr. Tami, and all of the staff at Smile in Style are so caring and kind! The facilities are incredibly clean and stylish, and I always feel so relaxed and comfortable whenever I go. Could not recommend more highly!!!

So glad I found this practice! I had the most comfortable experience at my new patient appointment. Everyone is every attentive and welcoming. Right away you can see how knowledgeable they all are. Dr. Do and his assistant took their time to explain everything going on in my mouth, including images allowing me to see for myself. My time was always taken into consideration and I was always attended to. I left my appointment feeling very informed and confident in Dr. Do and his team. I can't wait to go back!!

If you're in need of a new dentist, Smile in style is the place to go. Very clean environment and the staff is amazing! They make sure you are comfortable and get the treatment you need. I went in for an exam with lower left pain, Dr. Tami was able to figure out what was causing my pain, and with the help of the staff, got my treatment plan and was able fit me in to start some of my treatment. Big thank you to Samantha for referring me to become a part of the Smile in Style dental family

Everyone in the office was so friendly, the facility was beautiful, and Dr. Do spent time explaining everything to us while still respecting our time. Even my 12 year old son commented on how nice the staff was. Can't say enough good things about our first visit!

As someone with lifelong dental phobia and dental anxiety which is then additionally compounded by subsequent AVOIDANCE and shame, Dr Do's practice has been a godsend. All of the staff has been sensitive to and graceful about my embarassment about the work I've been putting off and has offered several comprehensive solutions to ease my anxiety. Dr. Tami Nguyen's work was nothing short of superlative and her patience with and dynamic approach to patient comfort has been a relief and even Miss Jade (the hygienist) has been sensitive and accommodating to my nervousness in the chair. There is truly an intrinsic CULTURE here of empathetic patient care and it's a thread that evidently runs through every corner and worker in the office. I will never go anywhere else.

I needed a basic cleaning and I called this office one day for an appointment. I was surprised to talk to such a friendly receptionist, super rare now a days. Especially the questions I was asked, I felt really special before even coming in! Upon my arrival I walked into a beautiful office. Clearly they have style! The back is where I found it to be more surprising! So clean, super high class and high tech! Staff was ON THEIR GAME!! They weren't there to just do a cleaning, but fully 100% educate me and open the door on oral hygiene 101 and my personal health. I've always been on top of taking care of my teeth, but I have never been given such a broad explanation and observation of what the specifics are and the improvements I should identify for longevity health of my teeth and gums. I honestly have a new outlook how I take care of my teeth. I'm beyond impressed and satisfied with the experience I was given. This is not your typical dentist, this is someone who wants the best for you!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!! Thanks Dr. Do & Megan!!

Dr. Tami and her assistant Chrissy were amazing. Really everyone at the office was amazing. They came highly recommended. My daughter had been to two other dentist and neither were successful in getting a good cleaning on her. She is terrified of dentist even though she has never had a bad experience. Dr. Tami and Chrissy were so nice and patient with my daughter. She explained everything she was doing, and reassure her that they would not hurt her. We left with clean teeth and no tears. About a month ago my crown fell off while I was eating candy. I had a dentist that I'd previously been seeing, but I was looking for a change of pace. My mom and sister recommended Dr. Do. His practice was a little far from where I live, but I gave it a chance. I'm very happy that I gave them that chance. The service at Dr. Do's office is very friendly and professional. Dr. Do is very respectful of everyone's time. This morning I had a 9:00 appointment, and was already being seen at 8:59. Their text messaging system also makes it very easy to set up an appointment if you don't like making grown up phone calls like me! They are also very knowledgable, and willing to explain everything that is happening with regards to your dental health. I really enjoyed this and this was a first, Dr. Do actually informed me of many things in regard to maintaining dental health that I was unaware of. Their office is very up to date technologically with a scanner that allows you to take a closer look at your teeth from different angles and even see whats going on in between them. The best part of the entire experience is that everyone there is very kind, and when you go to the office it feels like you are visiting friends. The staff at the office takes the time to get to know you and I really appreciate it. Overall I had a positive experience and I would refer anyone in need of dental services to Dr. Do's office!

My first visit at the dental office was fantastic. Everybody was very knowledgeable helpful and courteous. The doctor was very knowledgeable and offered more than one option to take care of my needs. Went to this office as a new patient and was immediately greeted with smiling faces the staff here is super friendly and educational. First dentist appointment I have gone to that properly educated me on dental health and how to maintain it. They really care about their patients, their health and ensuring that patients are comfortable. I was given a blanket and asked multiple times how I was doing. This will be my new dentist and I will be referring all family and friends to this office

Very impressed as a first time customer. The staff was amazing, very friendly and went out of their way to be sure you were informed on everything that was happening for your visit. The office was super modern, clean and was very relaxing. The staff was AMAZING, super friendly and comforting. Loved seeing all of the photos of my teeth and work done before and after. By far the best dentist office I've ever been to. They take the time to get to know their patients on a personal level. They have some of the best imaging technology. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and what exactly they are seeing on the X-ray images. I really appreciate the time and care they provided to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and dental work.
