I think I found my dental clinic I've been trying to find a good one that's open during Saturdays and I chose the right one. just had my first visit. As someone who hasn't been to the dentist for a very long time, I feel very welcomed. The people and the office are very nice, also equipment is upgraded. Dr. Uy made sure I had what I need. Denise is very accommodating from the start and made me feel comfortable as possible. Anna was friendly and did a good job cleaning my teeth. Also Kirstyn and Lily gave me kind messages after I left, including the doctor. It seems that they take good care of their patients and I will come back

Refreshingly, and uncharacteristically, a business that personifies a great ethic, cleanliness, style, and demonstrative of commitment to superb patient care. My dentist, Dr. Uy, proved over my many visits, a skill, knowledge, and patience never experienced in 55 years and many dentists. My friend equally swears that her dentist there is God-sent. We both had major work done amazingly void of pain and with fast healing; but a business is only as good as it's frontline staff! They are consummate professionals. They exude a genuine interest, care, respect, and a friendliness, that together ameliorate anxiety that is emblematic of dentist visits. I only hope, as the public discovers this gem of a dental practice and the office grows, perhaps into multiple offices and more dentists, the current social environment and level of treatment don't dissipate; But now, I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Smile Horizons' professional services.

It had a few years since I had visited the dentist. I came because I was experiencing pain, and I ended up needing a root canal. I knew my teeth were in bad shape from the negligence but no one there made me self conscious about it, or treated me badly. They were all kind, and have started me down a road of getting my teeth back in hood health. I appreciate the kindness that was shown to me yesterday!

I hardly ever write reviews and I should get into the habit of writing them more often. Since I found them based on their high reviews. Lily was fantastic scheduling my appointment. Sam (the hygienist) was amazingly great - very impressed.

I just absolutely loved my experience here. The location is wonderful. Right next to a firestation incase of an emergency which is always nice. The front desk is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The patient room is wonderful. They have a ceiling mounted TV so that when u get ur procedure done u can drift into another world free of dental anxiety (u can choose what to watch on netflix).They also have a waiting room seperate from the main one with massage chairs! MASSAGE CHAIRS. They are also very kind when it comes to financing ur care. I would also like to mention that my previous dentist said I needed cavities fillings and a possible root canals on different teeth, none of those were true and saved me hundreds-- possibly thousands of dental bills. They did much more detailed xrays and 3d imagining. They didn't just work off of a blurry image like a lot of dentists I've been too. They were calm and reassured that there was nothing to be worried or anxious about. Everything about this place speaks upscale and high quality, and they're patient care, customer service, and services rendered reflect that. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm actually looking forward to seeing them again.

The staff was very helpful from the get go! ... responding to my email inquiries regarding my dental insurance and coverage. When I arrived everyone was so nice with happy voices/smiles! Wow...I was amazed by the high tech machines they have! I come from the Big Island/Kona...small island, so this was a huge change for me! The girl who took my X-rays was so pleasant, thorough, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Higa is a very nice dentist! She made me feel comfortable, explained the treatment or care she recommended, and didn't give over the top info or jargon. At the end, they explain the timeline for care along with financial options and gives you a folder with the dental care package. There was the sweetest most thoughtful Thank you card ..( hand written comments) thanking me for choosing Smile Horizons Dentistry. You guys rock! Outstanding service! Like the local Hawaiians would say...You da best!

Having a major fear of dentist offices, I have avoided them for a long time. I don't like pain and the ones I have been to were rough. Smile Horizons was such a nice change! The staff right away was understanding and nice. The dentist herself was great. They all spend extra time with you, talking to you about everything and explaining so you understand They don't rush you out. It was truly amazing and they were so gentle and kept checking to make sure nothing was hurting. Definitely a great experience. For once, I left the dentist appointment, not dreading my next appointment.
