My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Helgenson for a little better than three years now. We have been extremely pleased with her quality of care and her and Aaron's friendliness and attention to our needs. There is no better care that we have found anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Helgeson for a few years now and I have to state that Smile High Dental Care is the best of the best! I used to fret about going to the dentist but the care, support, instruction and advice is top notch with Jennifer AND her husband Aaron is exactly the same-caring and very attentive to appt. notifications and the billing side of things! I highly recommend you check them out!! Much better than the corporate dentist offices! UPDATE: Been going to see these two for over 5 years now and I still feel the same. Excellent care, Dynamic Team these two are and glad to have them as my DENTIST Office! Go see them and you'll be glad you did!

BEWARE! Was told I had periodontal disease and needed the deep cleaning, had a cavity and a shaky crown. NONE OF THOES THINGS WERE TRUE!! I would start out with once a month cleaning and see how things go for $1500.00 a visit. When I questioned the dentist she got upset with me. I paid the $125.00 for my x-rays, and went elsewhere. After taking my time to find another dentist, they gave me a regular cleaning, no periodontal disease, found no cavity and said my crown was slightly off center, no need to replace. Not sure what is going on here. I had to give a star to post this but no stars from me.

After my dentist retired I tried two other dental care places before I tried Smile High. I have been going to Dr. Jen for about a year and she takes the time to explain everything to my satisfaction before she starts working on me. She does all the work herself including cleanings and I love that personal service. I would recommend Dr. Jen to everyone I know!

They make sure to keep me informed of what I need, might need and how each step of the procedure is going. Dr. Helgeson and Aaron also work extremely quickly and efficiently together, it helps me out a ton to get so much done in such a short amount of time without sacrificing any quality!

After years of neglecting my dental health...due to bad experiences with other dentists, Dr. Jen and her staff made me at ease. I actually looked forward to going to my next appointment! Explained all my procedures in detail, always pleasant, always a pleasure to talk to! If you're like me, and looking for a dental practice, this is the place! You're at home with this office!

I am extremely afraid of dental procedures, but Aaron was very helpful in calming these fears and Dr. Jen erased them with her skilled care, informing me every step of the way what would happen. She frequently stopped to insure I was okay. My teeth and mouth feel great!

The original visit was fine. Everything that followed was terrible. They refused to talk to me about the pain i was having. They refused to make an appointment even when my replacement dentist and surgeon were trying to get me to see them. Now they're harassing me, demanding I pay in full when the insurance company says they haven't even sent in the right information/paperwork. So hard to get ahold of anyone and actually speak with the dentist...Have to go through the rude husband instead who laughed when I said I was in pain. Their procedures and billing are so expensive and unorganized. They almost had me convinced I needed another expensive procedure that when I went to my good current dentist said that would have been wholey wrong (they said I needed a crown for a cracked tooth and THERE WAS NO CRACKED TOOTH). Unbelievable what has happened when I trusted them. So disappointed, was really looking forward to this being my one and only dentist from here out.

I would highly recommend Dr. Helgeson. After my prior dentist closed their doors, it took a few years for me to start the search for a new one and that led me to Dr. Helgeson. Dr. Helgeson along with her husband Aaron were very welcoming and upfront from care to tips to product suggestions. Fully explaining everything they were doing and why also helped to make sure the trip to them was efficient. I now look forward to going to them for my dental needs as I know I will get reliable tips and information. They are also friendly people so it is easy to do business with them. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Helgeson for these reasons and even if you have a current one, I would suggest visiting them for a simple cleaning or X-ray to see how their care compares to your current dentist. It is great to see small business alive and well with them with quality comparable to any big name dental brand.
