My wife and I have been going there for over 30 years. After Dr. Bozza passed, things rapidly. went down hill. I've never had issues with the dental hygienist, but their secretary and billing department are atrocious. On many occasions, the billing department overcharged and mismanaged the paperwork with the insurance company. On more than one occasion, I had to be on the phone for hours trying to straighten out the situation. Most recently, I had to cancel my cleaning for a last minute medical procedure. Without even asking why I had to cancel, they said they would charge me $50. Gone our the days of a doctor caring for a patient, but at least they could feign interest and give the patient of 3o years a little grace. As a whole, I would say they are unprofessional and care only about making a profit.

My wife recently saw Dr. Zee for a wisdom tooth extraction. We were in and out quickly, minimal discomfort, and it's healing well. Highly recommend this office!

My first visit to this office..what a nice experience..I'm a chair chicken for sure..I was put at ease. I will be continuing my dental care here -no doubt.

This is my favorite dental office that I have been to in life. They are so kind and work with you. Dr. Z techniques are so awesome that when I got my wisdom teeth removed my face didn't even swell! Totally worth it!

Great place! So glad we switched here. My kids have both needed baby root canals and everyone was amazing with them. It made them both feel comfortable and they have no fear of going back!

This is my favorite dental office that I have been to in life. They are so kind and work with you. Dr. Z techniques are so awesome that when I got my wisdom teeth removed my face didn't even swell! Totally worth it!

Dr. M and Dr. Burge are both awesome! Incredibly meticulous and patient in their work. The rest of the staff is friendly and personable as well. I'm so happy this office was recommended to me.

My visits to Smile Haven Dental are always pleasant. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming from the front desk, to the assistants, and the doctors. Dr. Maldonado, Dr. Burge, and their assistants perform high quality dentistry. As and example I had a drilling and cavities filled, it was super fast and I didn't feel a thing! I would highly recommend Smile Haven Dental!

My visits to Smile Haven Dental are always pleasant. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming from the front desk, to the assistants, and the doctors. Dr. Maldonado, Dr. Burge, and their assistants perform high quality dentistry. As and example I had a drilling and cavities filled, it was super fast and I didn't feel a thing! I would highly recommend Smile Haven Dental!

Was referred to this dentist by a close friend of mine... even though I had to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled and was extremely on edge about it... Dr. Malanado was very comforting and knew exactly what to do painlessly and efficiently... staff is very sweet and comforting as well!!! The building is brand new, beautiful and clean and my over all experience was A++ I'd highly recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone!!!

I had my wisdom teeth pulled today and I'm extremely pleased with my experience at Smile Haven Dental Center. The staff was empathetic and professional. Dr Maldonado successfully extracted my wisdom teeth with just a local anesthetic and I felt absolutely no pain. It's been nine hours since my procedure and still have no pain, and minimum swelling. I put this procedure off for over 10 years because I was so afraid but after visiting Smile Haven, I highly recommend Dr Maldonado. #1 task on my 2019 to do list is complete. Thank you very much Smile Haven! #imsmiling

I see people are happy with this place but I had different experience. Doctor is definitely a pro but his behavior is different. At first he cracked one of my tooth at exam and just ignored it but I anyway went for my tooth extraction. So, doctor for some reason expected me to take out all of my wisdom teeth which I didn't plan to extract at once and he put it all on me, like I wasted his time. Moreover, when later I tried to make another appointment lady at front desk said that doctor was "frustrated" by my last visit and she isn't sure about making a new one and she will call me back when will talk to him about it. Obviously, no one called back...
