As three separate areas of dental care under one roof developed and grew, space to provide privacy and specialized personal care for patients became a challenge. Expansion of what we now fondly call Smile Dental Partners was completed in 2016, adding over 4,000 square feet to the patient experience.
Smile Dental Partners began with 1 dentist and 3 team members. It is now comprised of 6 general dentists, 4 pediatric dentists, 1 orthodontist, and over 100 team members serving patients at multiple locations throughout West MichiganSmile Cascade, Smile Grand Haven, Smile North Muskegon, and Smile South Holland.
The Smile family of practices continues to operate with the quality care and passion that every patient has grown to expect. We are truly grateful for the loyalty and support of our West Michigan community.

My 4 yr old son has never liked the dentist. He would never let them even complete just counting his teeth, at smile grand haven he was so comfortable laughing through them explaining the equipment and let them complete a whole exam telling me later that it was easy peezy.

Was referred out of another dentist for kids to come here, and absolutely love them. Our whole family goes there now and they are very educational and tell you everything and why they are doing what they are doing!!! Definitely reccomend

An amazing experience, everything was above expectations from the referral call for an appointment, consultation visit in G.H., and procedural work done in G.R.. Dr. Chad is a fantastic surgeon, not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled, he is truly emphatic and cares for his patients. I certainly appreciated his explanations of the work that was to be performed, expectations after surgery, and the unexpected follow up call for my son. Thank you Smile Grand Haven for an excellent experience and fantastic services you provide.

Great team here! My little girl had a really rough first experience at the dentist, so I was forced to look elsewhere. I am so thankful, Smile Grand Haven was recommended to me by a friend! It was a night and day difference. They have an amazing staff from start to finish and my daughter does so much better and even looks forward to going!

I love smile Grand Haven. We switched over to their practice a few years ago because they were the only place in town allowing parents to go back with their children. Other places wanted me to sit in the car through the pandemic and allow my kids to go in alone for dental work (no way!). Anyway, Smile Grand Haven now gets our business and they are great! They're accommodating, gentle, kind, friendly, and highly skilled in their profession. My whole household sees them now and we all have had great experiences! I recommend them for toddlers all the way up to adult!

My daughter loves going to the dentist! Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly, personable, and attentive. I wouldn't bring my child to anyone else!!

Always a pleasure getting my cleaning done here. If you have kids they sound like they work very well with them also. Only issue is at 50 years old they do not offer me a treasure on my way out. :)

I never make reviews but, I could not even make a single appointment without them moving it. They have moved my appointment not once, but four times. First appointment was made in May then pushed to July, August and then to September. I have never seen a business make a new appointment for you without your permission... They have multiple phone numbers and can't even call the location directly. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. My husband was able to get an appointment with no problems because they were able to make money off his dental work. It does not make sense why they pushed my appointment four times when we both had made appointments. What a waste of time, taking my business somewhere else. I was able to find another dentist and made an appointment within the week... It's sad too see how much their business is centered around money than people.

We had gone here when my son was 3 and needed extensive work done, he was a very hyper active child, the office made me feel like the worst mother ever, on top of that said he needed thousands of dollars of work done, and gave me 24 hours to decide because it was all or nothing. Got a second opinion from another childrens dentist and it was 1/4 the cost and they did it much slower and didn't make me feel badly about it. I always tell people to get a second opinion I'm not the first person nor the last who has had the exact same thing happen!

My children go to little smiles and I cannot say enough good things about this office!!!!! They showed me and my children so much grace! They are so kind and understanding! I drive 40 min out of my way and I will seriously never leave them till my children are too old!

Make me be put on a same day schedule so I have to call every day to TRY to get an appointment for ALL 3 of my kids. All because I've called and cancelled too many appointments because my kids were sick the night before. This company is setting people up for failure, especially families with multiple kids. Stay clear!!!!!!

Love the doctors and plenty of the hygienists, but I've had enough of their policies that put money over people and make it impossible to deal with them. They literally held it against me that my kids had to cancel for 1. COVID exposure (my husband had it) and then today 2. They are running 102deg fevers. Apparently they'd prefer I bring them in anyway because they are making us do "same day appointments" so I'm just expected to clear a random day and hope they have something and if not "oh well". I have decided I'm done with it and will be moving them to the dentist I see in Spring Lake where you're treated like you matter more than money. The doctors here should separate and start their own pediatric clinic elsewhere and run it better.
