They slip in surprise billing! At first they were great. No problems. Been with them for years. Then they quit accepting our insurance, out of the blue. Then they tell me no worries for basic cleaning visits. It will continue to be free as the insurance provided in the past. Now, suddenly I get a bill for my wife's cleaning and they are standing by it. Also, the last cleaning, the dental tech talked down to me like I was a little child. Gave me the same story she gives school children about how plaque gets on your teeth. Then proceeded to tell me about all these different patients she has had and the horror stories about them. Teeth falling out, horrible breath, etc. Also stories about her living in Appling, Ga as a teen. Was not a pleasant cleaning at all. I moved my appointment to avoid going to her again until I could figure out something, but this billing surprise sealed the deal. I would expect them to have enough respect to at least let you know you will be getting billed. But they did the same exact surprise as they did when they suddenly stopped taking my insurance. No warning, just happened and got a surprise bill. I won't be back.

I hadn't been to the dentist for anything in about a decade. I was self conscious about this when I made the appointment and when I showed up for it. The staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the front desk, to the awesome hygienist and dentist. I'm going back and I will recommend them to everybody!
