Dr. Chad Williams graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 2001 . Prior to studying at Louisville School of Dentistry, he attended College at Morehead State University, where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Williams has remained up-to-date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. In addition to obtaining additional training, Dr. Williams also invests in the highest dental technology for his patients' comfort and care. By staying current with the latest technology and advances in dentistry, Dr. Williams is committed to understanding the needs and desires of each patient. He takes great pride in providing patients the best of what dentistry has to offer.
Dr. Williams is known for using an advanced approach in treating each patient based on their individual needs. His expertise stays on the cutting-edge of technology, ensuring patients receive the best available care with the highest technology available. Treating those with severe dental reconstruction needs, as well as, those looking to achieve a 'Hollywood Smile,' Dr. Williams has made it his personal commitment to perfect the art of dentistry.
When Dr. Williams is not creating beautiful smiles and helping restore dental health, he enjoys spending time with his wife Betty and his two boys, Jonathan and Jackson. Dr. Williams is also actively involved with Rotary International, as well as, serves on the City of Lebanon Planning Commission. His hobbies include gardening, canning, golfing, hunting, fishing, cycling, woodworking, and reading a good book.
Cindy joined the Smile Gallery Team in 2007 and has shared her sweet personality with our patients and our team ever since. She obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Tennessee State University in 1991, and prior to that she obtained her Dental Assisting Certificate from Volunteer State Community College. Her 25 years of experience allows her to educate patients about their individual dental needs and desires. Her compassionate and gentle treatment style makes her patients comfortable and relaxed. Cindy's bright smile, big heart, and fun personality make her an asset to our Hygiene Department, the Smile Gallery Team, and our patients.
Amber was born and raised in the Lebanon area and has wanted to be in the dental field since she was 15 years old. She graduated from Remington's Dental Hygiene program with President's List, Honor Roll, and Perfect Attendance achievements. She is devoted to educating patients about the importance of good oral health and helping them get on track to healthy lives. Amber is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence and trust with each patient. Amber's calm, chair-side manner and kind demeanor is sure to make anyone feel comfortable.
Brandy obtained her Dental Assisting training at Remington Career College. She is Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, and Radiology Certified. She loves making people smile and helping others with their dental care. She feels her role as a Dental Assistant is important because she develops trusting relationships with patients to help them relax and become more comfortable while they are in the office.
Pam joined the Smile Gallery Team in 2006. Behind her smile, is someone who is passionate about getting to know each and every patient who comes through our door. She makes sure everyone receives quality service and attention from our front office. Her main role in the office is greeting patients and handling all of their 'check-in' needs. She has a very welcoming personality, making you feel at ease from the moment you step through our door. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Pam is able to inform the patients and guide them through any questions or concerns they may have. Pam's warm smile and happy demeanor make her a great asset to the Smile Gallery Team.
Elaine has been working in the dental field for over six years. She joined the Smile Gallery team in 2011, bringing with her years of customer service experience from the mortgage industry. Elaine brings a level of energy and compassion in hopes to make each visit less stressful and more satisfying for everyone. Her genuine determination and efforts to ensure every patient has an exceptional experience exceed expectations. She courteously works with patients and their insurance plans to help them maximize their benefits to decrease their out-of-pocket costs. She is dedicated to making sure everyone who visits us has a great experience.
Betty began her career in the dental field over 20 years ago, and her enthusiasm for dentistry led her to pursue a career in Dental Assisting. Soon after becoming a Registered Dental Assistant, she found a new career in the administrative aspects of dentistry. Her experience allows her to train and lead in most aspects of the dental office, and you will find her tending to the daily office operations and assisting where needed to keep the office operations running smoothly. While She doesn't spend all day in the office, she enjoys contributing behind the scenes and making sure that Smile Gallery is staying connected with our patients. Betty is passionate about dental health education and keeping our patients happy and healthy.

A most excellent and welcoming office of dentistry. Everyone is friendly while getting to know you and treating you like friend and not just a number. Dr. Williams is straightforward, honest and a Doctor you can trust. He cares about his patients, their needs and how he can best help them.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist and I use to avoid it like the plague. I moved to lebanon and started going to Smile Gallery a few years ago. I have never had an issue and my anxiety about going to the dentist has gone down ALOT. Chad was professional during every visit. When I was crying and scared of having some dental work done he helped calm me down. He talked me through what would happen and made sure I was okay until it was over. After getting to experience how amazing of a practice he runs I started to bring my kids. They LOVE getting their teeth cleaned and everyone's always so nice when we come in. I couldn't recommend a better Dentist!! 10/10 you won't be disappointed with your visit or any procedure done here.

If I could give a 0 I would.. Ive been taking my kids here for years and today my daughter had an apt but she is terrified of the needles and so she started crying .instead of talking to her he called her a baby and said this is why no other dentist would take you. The dental hygentist told her some stuff too. I went back and confronted him and all he did was say yes I called her a baby at 16 years old .needless to say I avoided jail and told he was very unprofessional and I would be changing dentist. So my advice is to take ypur business elsewhere he wants to talk about how kids are going to the dentist ..

I have known Dr. Williams for 30 years but only recently was able to make him my dentist. He did multiple procedures that fixed my smile cosmetically and structurally. Great dentist and even a better person.

Always a great experience with Dr. Chad! I've been going to his practice since I was a kid, and now my kids go here as well. I used to be very self conscious about my smile, but he fixed all that. His cosmetic work on my teeth literally changed my life!

His staff couldn't possibly be any better, they go over and beyond making sure you are comfortable and Dr. Chad keeps you pain free. Again, the very best dentist and staff anywhere!!

Smile Gallery is the absolute best. The office itself is just beautiful with the most modern up to date equipment. The staff are fabulous! They go beyond the call of duty to make your visit the most pleasant ever. Dr. Chad has the best chair side manner of anyone I've ever seen. You immediately feel comfortable and at ease. The best and most pain free dentist I've ever been to. I would highly recommend Smile Gallery and Dr. Chad to everyone. I drive 5 hours one way just to see him. He has treated my grandchildren and myself many times. He knows just how to put a child at ease. They love seeing him. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. That's just how good he is!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Chad and Smile Gallery for several years and can say I've never had a better dental experience! Dr. Chad and his staff are top notch and will go above and beyond to care for your teeth the right way. I have personally seen Dr. Chad stay after hours and work on off days to make sure customers are cared for correctly. There is no one else I would trust my dental needs to more than Smile Gallery!

I walked in there with no appointment and major tooth pain and I immediately got to go back and get worked on. I was super nervous and the lady there (I'm sorry I forgot your name) made sure I was comfortable. Then when I met the actual Dentist he was funny and made me feel safe. My tooth was pulled and I didn't feel a thing. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you guys again!!

Worst dentist ever. All he wants is your money. He replaced s bridge and a crown and now I have to have oral surgery and bone grafts and implants done because of his poorly done work. If you want to keep your teeth, DO NOT go to this dentist. I wish I could recover some of my money that was paid. Don't waste your money. Go to a good dentist....

Dr. Chad in a word is A-MAZ-ING! Great work & very caring. I have a MAJOR phobia of dentists & he understood. He kept telling me jokes the whole time I was in the chair to relax me. Ive gone back to him a few times now & I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Chad Williams & the whole staff at Smile Gallery! Y'all are the greatest!
