First off I waited two months to finally bring my daughter in, I have say that my experience was unfortunately unpleasant and disappointing. The doctor did not even bother to explain her plan in a manner understandable to the regular patient and general public.. I have to say that I have a long experience in the dental field and still struggled understanding her using very technical terminology that is not possible for everyone to comprehend. When you are presenting your plan of treatment specially in this field you must be very clear and easy to grasp for normal people. On top of that wearing a double mask while talking and "explaining" does not help. If you are charging such an extensive amount for your treatment the least you can do is to be more clear, friendlier and spend more than two minutes with your patient....

Love all the staff here, especially Jillian and Amy, they have always treated my daughter amazing and made her feel so comfortable, they always say what they are doing before just jumping in unexpected!! Definitely recommend Smile Frederick Orthodontics!!

My daughter was in the middle of receiving treatment elsewhere for braces, but unfortunately, her orthodontist left the practice and there was no one else there who accepted her insurance. I was immediately on the hunt to find a new place to take her to. After a quick Google search I found Smile Frederick. When I first called in the individual who answered the phone was extremely helpful in letting me know what all needed to be done to have a transfer of care. After a few hiccups (which they were extremely helpful in trying to get it resolved and very patient, kind, and understanding of my concerns as a parent of wanting to keep her on track) it was easy to get in for an appointment once everything was squared away. My daughter was extremely happy with the provider she was assigned to, which makes me a happy parent. I think it speaks volumes when a child feels comfortable, especially because getting braces or really any dental work isn't exactly "fun." The staff have been very kind, friendly, and professional. The office was clean, welcoming, and wait times from start to finish of the appointment were very reasonable. Thus far, I do not have any complaints.

Beautiful, clean place with kind staff. While all the staff are kind, Amy has sticks out the most. She goes above and beyond. What I love about Amy is that she would tell me what exactly is happening, why, what's next and answer any questions I'd have. I love how she genuinely connects with you and it's not just forced conversation to seem nice. She is the person who sparked my interest in dental. I also love how all the workers get along so well, just like a big family. Such a welcoming and friendly environment!

Great Service, love the location, parking was great plenty of spaces. Customer service was amazing, they definitely take time time to listen and answer questions. They seem very caring and I felt comfortable each visit, looking forward to my next visit. Kerry King assisted me today and she is totally amazing and took the time to answer questions and made sure I understood everything. Love the machine she used today shows the before & after of the braces how your teeth look now vs after your braces loved that ! So cool thanks so much Smile Frederick

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I have to take both of my kids to another orthodontist after 2+ years of braces. The doctor told my daughter that her teeth were straight enough. After removal my daughter had to wait 3 weeks for her retainer which no longer fit due to her teeth shifting. Braces aren't cheap. We waisted our time and money with this place. They will take your money and not provide good results. We consistently had to wait months for appointments even during emergency request. This extended treatment and made it hard to comply. Spend your money with an office that actually cares.

I can hardly express how thankful I am to have found this practice. I've been visiting Smile Frederick since 2017 and I have consistently enjoyed every visit. Dr. Davoody's precise attention to detail is unlike any other and I trust her expertise completely. Hannah is also a joy to speak with and makes each visit so fun! I know when I visit Smile Frederick, my care comes first which is not only crucial, but so comforting. My smile has never looked as good as it does now and I will truly forever be grateful for the care I have received during my orthodontic journey. Thank you so much to everyone at this practice who has contributed to a wonderful experience! Amy is the best!!! I enjoyed my visit so much and was laughing the entire time! :) Chelsea and Dr. Patel are beyond informative and understanding, their expertise and genuine care shines through with each interaction and I'm very much looking forward to my next visit. They truly made the process unbelievably smooth and I am absolutely certain that I made the best possible choice in seeking their guidance. Thank you to everyone at Smile Frederick Orthodontics!! Hii Amy I had a great time at the Orthodontics, I was really nervous but you made me feel really comfortable and happy. It was a lot quicker than I expected and you are so nice. The front desk and administrative people are rude. They only care about getting your money. I will be finding another orthodontist for my family.

Thank you Richard for the excellent service you provided during my daughter's appointment. I never would have imagined that while having my daughter's braces tightened, we were in for treat. We had the pleasure of a first rate comedy show! You can receive a more radiant smile, while experiencing great laughter and joy in the process. The staff at Smile Frederick are professional and friendly. Appointments are efficient and productive. Everyone we've worked with has been helpful and caring. Our last appointment was with Richard, who is always smiling, welcoming and genuine. Thanks for everything Smile Frederick!
