Dr. Murray was born and raised in Wake Forest, NC and currently resides in the North Hills area with her husband and rescue dog, Luna. She attended Wake Forest University, studying Biology and Chemistry. After graduation she stayed in Winston-Salem for an additional year to pursue a Masters of Science in Business Management through Wake Forests Graduate Business School. With her sites always set on a career in Dentistry, she then pursued her DDS at UNCs School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill, NC.
As a student, Dr. Murray was involved in organized dentistry and several volunteer organizations, serving as philanthropy chair for UNCs chapter of Student Entrepreneurs in Dentistry. She is currently an active member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society. Fascinated by all aspects of dentistry, she enjoys helping people of all ages maximize their oral health and realize the potential in their smile. She has a strong focus on patient education, and prides herself on the ability to empower her patients and equip them with the skills they need to maintain optimum health.
Dr. Murray is a passionate lifelong learner and enjoys pursing continuing education opportunities any chance she gets. When she is not traveling for educational opportunities, she enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Oh has been a General Dentist since 2014. She Graduated with her DDS from NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Oh is passionate about seeing a smile on the face of her patients at the end of their dental visits. In Dr. Ohs spare time, she enjoys cooking, yoga and exploring NCs beautiful hiking trails. Dr. Oh is the newest addition to our team, joining Smile Forever Family Dentistry since January 2021. We are very excited to welcome her.
Jaci is a Native to Raleigh, NC. Jaci initially received her (B.A.) in Psychology at Saint Leo University then decided to obtain a Degree in Dental Hygiene at Wake Tech Community College for a new career path. Jaci has been apart of the team since July 2020.
Kat has been a CDA for the past 24 years. She received her certificate from Wake Tech Community College in 1997. A natural leader, Kat takes pride in taking care of her patients and is also the proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys quality time with her pets, shopping, and dining with her children. Kat has been a part of our team since January 2020.
I enjoy working at Smile Forever because I am part of a team thats like family. We are always learning through training and classes. Our practice is small, family-based practice where Im able to form relationships with my patients. We have the best dentist to work with.
Alisha has worked in Dentistry for over 14 years. She obtained her (A.S.) in Dental Assisting in 2007 from Anthem College in Orlando, FL and her (B.A.) in Business Management in 2013 from North Carolina Central University. Alisha has always had a passion for dentistry. She has been a resident of NC over the past 10 years and a part of our wonderful team since August 2019.
Jennifer has been in the dental field for 15 years, educating patients in regards to their benefits and assisting them in understanding comprehensive treatment recommendations. Away from the office, Jennifer and her husband enjoy home DIY projects and their four adult children keep them on their toes! Crafting relaxes Jennifer alongside her 2 dogs and 2 cats that require plenty of cuddles. Jennifer has been apart of our team since February 2020.

Worst experience, had service on 06/07/2022, still struggling to pay my remaining bill as they are not responding to my call. Went for gums problem, but they just did dental cleaning, it didn't solve my problem, it became worse because of numbness injection.. Better to understand our problem and do the service rather than doing cleaning for every single patients..

A hygienist who knows how to take X-rays and get it right the first time! Front staff knowledgeable. Dr. very knowledgeable. Played classical music vey relaxing atmosphere. Will be back.

Dr. Razavi did an awesome job on my crown and my daughter's fillings. My daughter is afraid of needles and he and Lydia really helped calm her and make her as comfortable as possible through the process. Jennifer and Natalie are very sweet and great about going over your plan with you!

I really liked the way I was treated at Smile Forever Family Dentistry They explained things well They helped me to understand procedures that needed to be done to my satisfaction. The staff was friendly down-to-earth made me feel more relaxed even though I was nervous about being at the dentist

Natalie is the person to speak to when booking your appointment. Precise and professional, she will help you get the process started with positivity. Dr Razavi was smooth, gentle and effective. Fast and generous with his time and his knowledge. He helped me get my Oral Heath back on track. My hygienist Susan did not rush my oral cleaning, kept me comfortable and was very careful of my sensitivity.

I went to have some work done at Smile forever Family Dentistry and the staff was great. Lidia was so nice and caring. I had to take X-rays and she ask me to take my hat off and I hesitated and said I'm going through Chemo and I don't have any hair and she said oh you are still beautiful that touched my heart and she went up and beyond I need Prosthodontist and the Dr. Went on line and found one for me. And Nataly the office manager was a sweetheart everyone was so nice.And this was my first time there and I would truly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great service, polite and explanatory dentists and assistants, modern equipment, clean premises, patient's monitor where they can explain your dental problem with the x-rays and pictures they take. No pain thanks to good anaesthetics, delivered through super thin needles. Very good service. Thanks, Dr. Oh.

**This review is from over a year ago - when they did in fact have a front desk employee named Amy who was awesome. Amy is no longer there, but this review is most definitely for this office. The owner should very well be aware that they got the practice from Dr. Nazario even if they claim they don't remember Amy. I'd like to start by saying I had been a patient of Dr. Nazario for years. He and his staff and wife were amazing. He was kind, friendly, and a great dentist. Thankfully, Amy is still at the practice who is also wonderful. I was trying to give this new staff and dentist the benefit of the doubt. While they were friendly, my first visit had me questioning their competency. They knew nothing of coding for procedures or how to work any of the instruments. I literally checked the certificate of the hygienist to see when it was completed. Despite this experience, I was still going to continue my dental appointments here thinking they simply had to get used to the office. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed since I received a call shortly after the holidays regarding my dental treatment plan, asking me when in the next 2 weeks I wanted to schedule my appointment. After talking to a relative that goes here as well, they too received a call about when they were going to schedule their appointments to complete their recommended treatment plan. I feel like this is now a car dealership with sleazy salespeople. Dr. Nazario never behaved like a salesman like many dentists do in order to make money. It is sad how the practice has changed.

This was the best appointment I've had here since Smith, Tart and Associates bought the business. Dr. Oh was wonderful; gave me her time to go over X-rays and discuss other concerns. Jackie did a great job cleaning my teeth as well.

This place is professional from start to finish. Jaci did a great job at the cleaning part and the Dr. Oh and Kathy were very kind and gentle with the treatment. Dr. Oh should get an award for injections because all I felt was a little pressure. And at check out, Alisha treated me like an old friend while handling business. Awesome team!!
