Smile Forever Atlanta is a professional dental office located in Atlanta, Georgia. Since 2016, our team has been helping patients in the community with a number of general, cosmetic, implant, and orthodontic services. From crowns and bridges and root canal therapy, to laser surgery and teeth whitening, our patients have a variety of options to choose from when it comes to dental solutions.

Dr. Patel is a Georgia native who earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Mercer University in Macon, GA. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry.
After graduation from NYU, Dr. Patel moved back to his home state of Georgia to start his dental career. Dr. Patel stays involved with the local community by participating in community fairs and giving back to charity organizations. In his spare time, he volunteers at the Good Samaritan Clinic of Cobb in Marietta. Dr. Patel is an active member of a number of organizations, including:
Dr. Patel is happily married to Shivani Patel. When hes not working, Dr. Patel likes to play golf, bowl, paint, cheer on the Atlanta sports team (Falcons, Braves, Hawks), barbecue, and spend time with family and friends. Dr. Patel enjoys being a part of private practice to have the opportunity to build relationships with the local community. At Smile Forever Atlanta patients are more than a number, we want to get to know you and your family. We take extra time to educate our patients about their dental health and thoroughly explain all of their treatment options. Everytime i come to this dentist office i never get service I'm already driving a hour drive wasting gas calling off work to come to the office and never get serviced after i get this service done that's paid for i will be looking for another dentist office

Wow!!! What an amazing trip to dentist today the staff and Dr Patel wad so wonderful to me it is a breath of fresh air and he saved my life and they touched my heart so much happy to be a part of the family Thank you all for your help see you soon can you imagine looking forward to coming to Dentist.
