I was never told not to get here early. I was hit by a car and looking for an actually good dentist close to home who understands me and can communicate well and isn't hard in my mouth. I am currently waiting outside because they are having lunch. I have no problem with lunch my thing is forewarn customers to not come early. I hope and pray they don't mess up my mouth with X-rays or the work. I also hope they don't try to remove all my teeth and their answer is false teeth.

By far the worse place I've ever been to in my entire life. I have severe pain for the past 5 days after my root canal treatment. My root canal treatment was less than 15 minutes (red flag). The night of my root canal I started experiencing severe pain that spread to my ear and side of head. The pain is so bad I am losing sleep. I have been in and out of the hospital, I visited this place 2 days in a row and the doctor John is not helpful at all. He actually numbed the area which only helped temporarily. John refuses to revisit the tooth and re work on it. DO NOT GO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF the misery depression anxiety and stress!!!!!!!

Worst dentist in east Harlem,I had to go several times for one root canal and I feel like the dentist messed up the tooth next to it. And he basically said I had to pay if I wanted him to take a look at it didn't even take an x ray.

The dentist is a very nice man who listen to your concerns, the wait time is a bit slow as he is the only dentist on call with several assistants. Overall I would recommend if your looking for a family friendly dentist.

Friendly dentist and nice staff the dentist made you feel arise and confortable i use to be afraid of dentist but know i found that right one for me he listen to your concerns and try to do hos best to made you feel comfortable, he work alone so you have to wait a little bit but is worth the wait for the good service.

My appointment was at 11 I didn't get seen I stood waiting up until 12:30 pm. Then when I called the day prior to my appointment. I was treated disrespectfully and rude. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. Money is so much more important than making your smile better. Very disappointed !

I like the dentist letizia He's friendly and kind. He works alone so you might need to wait a bit. You need to go and see for yourself. I hate that the patients listen to music or watch movies on there personal phones so everyone can hear in the waiting area, thats Ghetto however not the docs fault. Overall He's o.k.

This clinic is one of the worst facility, when you call them to set up an appointment they keep you on hold, once they pick you up the put on hold again. They are rude and unprofessional
