The professionals at this practice made me feel immediately at ease. The place moves like a well-oiled machine, and yet everyone finds the time to be friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed, and the Doctor and staff were patient and cool when I asked for details, or for some instruction to be repeated. After experiencing sensitivity for months and 5+ years since my last dental visit, I decided to try this location. The staff was incredibly friendly, calming, and informative. Dr. Crowe and her assistant listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and were extremely kind and honest. I highly highly recommend seeing her if you are like me and experience a lot of anxiety at the dentist.

Had a missing tooth on my top plate and they took me on time and had the plate repaired in 2 and a half hours. I was waiting in the parking lot as I was a little early and they came out and got me. There was no charge for the repair. Thank you Smile Exchange employees of Springfield. Vincent Gray

Dr. Woo was wonderful! I've had three other crowns and this was by far the easiest... And I hate dental procedures! Not only was he good, but he was very pleasant with a good sense of humor!

one of the worst experiences i have had still trying to clean up the mess of a job they did to my teeth . botched fillings on fractured teeth , botched 3d imaging. horrible will never reccommend any one come to this place .

The reason for my 1 star is not because of the actual dentist procedure it's the customer service of 1 particular lady that been there for the 3 years I've been there . Everytime I arrive there she seems to give me a attitude anytime we have to talk about something . Today made me write this post , I called to transfer my information to a different dentistry . She gave me attitude and I already knew who I was talking to . I don't know her name but I'm sure others know .

I was able to set an appointment and fill out all my new patient forms online. Finding a dentist during the pandemic has been a real pain but this office was open and ready to roll. The staff is very friendly. I started bringing my son here too. They're up front with the cost. They're modern and my appointments are fast.

I only can say that they just ruined my daily life. The dentist is horrible. Every time before any treatment I was told that there won't be any charge,insurance covered. But after the treatment they send me unexpected bill. And I was told one price, after the treatment they handed me a charge of double price.

This was my Mom's initial visit. We were happy with the visit especially Jenna. She was very patient and professional; and did a good cleaning per Mom. Will be going back for some follow up treatment.

I would highly recommend this office .Everyone in office made you feel comfortable. Xrays,cleaning and consult were done in a patient and professional manner..Very satisfied with my experience with this office.

They've come in clutch for me multiple times. This place is technically a decent commute for me- however I don't foresee myself going anywhere else.

Love going to the dentist. Jenna is so gentle and knowledgeable. Dr Musetti is always pleasant and very gentle. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Smile Exchange of Warrington.

Needed a cavity filled. I was comfortable with their explanation of what they were going to do and the doctor made sure to check with me during the procedure to see if I was feeling any pain. The doctor also made an adjustment to my bite that was helpful. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. All in all, very happy with the visit.

Loved them when we first went...they have changed doctors multiple times and you find out it is a new dentist when you get there. During pandemic had to reschedule multiple times because my kids were sick. They charged me a fee because I was cancelling last minute. I was told by their office manager that sorry you have done this more than once and you signed the cancellation form. When I said it is a pandemic and you are charging me when they were sick, she told me she wasn't having this discussion with me and hung up.

Upon my first scheduled appointment today I didn't finish the online forms, and that meant that by the time I would have finished, my appointed time would have passed. The front desk assistant without skipping a beat turned, and found me another appointment two hours later. She was genuinely polite, courteous,a helpful. I was happy to The place was nice and clean, but I'm a people person, and I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. I was ushered from one respective hand to the next respective hand without feeling a letdown in care genuine care. I appreciate everything being said upfront before anything is done, and i appreciate the cost being said up front before any work is done. Both the doctor, and assistant were very informative, instructive, and again (I can't stressing enough) generally caring. Thank you guys

I did not understand their new patient system and was frustrated to not be able to have an exam and teeth cleaning in one visit. If you are a new patient, they require two separate visits for a cleaning and exam. Only an exam is accomplished on the first visit regardless of the type of cleaning required. I have never experienced this system at any of the four dentists I have visited as an adult. It is more efficient for the dentist but very frustrating from a patient perspective. Also, with Covid, it increases patient exposure by requiring more visits.
