The professionals at this practice made me feel immediately at ease. The place moves like a well-oiled machine, and yet everyone finds the time to be friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed, and the Doctor and staff were patient and cool when I asked for details, or for some instruction to be repeated. After experiencing sensitivity for months and 5+ years since my last dental visit, I decided to try this location. The staff was incredibly friendly, calming, and informative. Dr. Crowe and her assistant listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and were extremely kind and honest. I highly highly recommend seeing her if you are like me and experience a lot of anxiety at the dentist.

Had a missing tooth on my top plate and they took me on time and had the plate repaired in 2 and a half hours. I was waiting in the parking lot as I was a little early and they came out and got me. There was no charge for the repair. Thank you Smile Exchange employees of Springfield. Vincent Gray

They Say your Best Accessory is your Smile, Never Leave Home with out!! Over the past few years, my teeth deteriorated. My side teeth and Front teeth broken off and fell out. I was so was self conscious. I called Dr. Harshil's office and I was seen that afternoon which I really appreciated and he quickl replaced the gap with a filler that matched my tooth color perfectly. Additionally, I went on to receive a few dental Implants. It's definitely a long process, but the outcome is so worth it. Dr. Harshil and his staff, especially Dorothy did a great job with No pain. they worked with me to figure out my options and to work with my Insurance company to fit my Budget. His entire staff is so Pleasant. Dr. Harshil is truly a PERFECTIONIST!! I am so happy and Yes; I NEVER LEAVE Home without a Smile!!!!!!!

Staff was nice, but the office made me and my wife uncomfortable. The chairs face big windows where people park to go into wawa. We both had people staring at us eating their breakfast in their car. I even had someone literally take a selfie against the window with me getting work done.

I am going to miss Dr. Chinskey, the resident dentist. He is leaving for greener pastures in New York. He has been my dentist for the past year and I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for the super support and service he has provided me. He is articulate, patient, caring and extra careful when it's required and just a good dentist overall! I would like to recommend him to anyone out there looking for a new dentist in the New York area. I also want to have a big shout-out to the Smile Exchange office in Norristown. They have the most friendly and efficient staff working there and they have a very good reminder service routine. Their billing is reasonable and the office manager, Maria, is more than good. As I said, efficient, super staff and great attitude and service!

I have had the worse dental cleaning experience ever. The hygienist did not know what she was doing. I wish they had kept Regina (the previous hygienist) there. She was the best. I am never going back there.

Entire office staff is FANTASTIC! If you need a dental office, this place is where you need to be. Professional, courteous and no hassle with anything.Appointments are super easy to set up and the insurance and billing dept is the best I ever dealt with! Tracey, Maria, Karen and of course Dr. Chinskey are excellent to work with. I am super happy with this dental office and would recommend this office to all looking for a new dental office.

I would say I usually have a decent amount of anxiety when going to the dentist. However, I really like this dental office and they made it so much easier for me. The staff are so friendly, and personable! Seriously everybody is great, the front office staff, the hygienists, and the dentist. They are all very pleasant and easy to work with. I actually had fun today while getting two cavities filled. We were just laughing and having a great time. Dr. Chinskey and Karen are a hoot when they work together! Dr. Chinskey is so down to earth and made me feel at ease the whole time. I would definitely recommend this office!

Best emergency dental around! They will fit you in the same day or next day for emergencies. Also great just for an all around everyday dental office. It's the cleanest dental office I've ever seen. The staff is amazing and the doctors are phenomenal. Everyone is welcoming and extremely friendly. I hate going to the dentist, but this place is great
