The professionals at this practice made me feel immediately at ease. The place moves like a well-oiled machine, and yet everyone finds the time to be friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed, and the Doctor and staff were patient and cool when I asked for details, or for some instruction to be repeated. After experiencing sensitivity for months and 5+ years since my last dental visit, I decided to try this location. The staff was incredibly friendly, calming, and informative. Dr. Crowe and her assistant listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and were extremely kind and honest. I highly highly recommend seeing her if you are like me and experience a lot of anxiety at the dentist.

Had a missing tooth on my top plate and they took me on time and had the plate repaired in 2 and a half hours. I was waiting in the parking lot as I was a little early and they came out and got me. There was no charge for the repair. Thank you Smile Exchange employees of Springfield. Vincent Gray

Had a great experience today. Have alot of issues with my teeth and takes alot for me to head to dentist. Dr.Crow , Gina, and Vanessa were all amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to getting my teeth where they should be with the help of Smile Exchange.

I have had scalings before and they are unpleasant to say the least but this time was different, Cassandra has the touch and as much as you can enjoy a scaling it was a good experience, definitely a a+ job

First I like to say my appointment time was punctual and I did not have a long wait. My hygienist Esther was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Esther was also gentle and I was very satisfied with her work. As a matter of fact the whole staff there is very friendly. I highly recommend smile Exchange. L GREEN

From reception to doctor this place is wonderful. My dental hygienist Rebecca is so gentle but thorough and alwaya Puts me at ease. Going to the dentist makes me squirmy and she is so nice and positive I end up melting Into the chair like a lap cat. Dr. Crow is very nice and friendly Too. I have been going here for years and the Business is really lucky to have such professional, friendly and efficient people working for them. I also have a hard time taking X-rays and Gina bent over backwards to make me comfortable and it Was one of the first times ( Rebecca my hygienist is accommodating too) on trying to take the X-rays while making sure I'm comfortable as well. I highly recommend this dentistry and have Recommended it to people I know. Thanks for keeping my smile bright and white!

They cancelled my cleaning appointment because they don't have a hygienist, and then send me a bill for missing the appointment! Tried three times to get a clean, 0 for 3 with a bill. Go elsewhere

All staff members are so kind and compassionate. They make you feel very comfortable!! Dr. B helps to calm your nerves and care is gentle. No pain after the visit!

I highly recommend this place. Especially Dr. Crow. She makes time for you and procedures you might have to have elsewhere. Rebecca is thorough w dental hygiene and very personable. Rita is great w scheduling and your bill, if you have one. Overall, all of the staff have smiles on their faces and are wonderful.

I'm just starting with Smile Exchange, today was my first appointment. I'd give 10 stars if I could. First, I had negative childhood experiences at the dentist, which has made me terrified to go to the dentist ever since. I can't put into words how comfortable the ENTIRE staff made me feel today. Asia was super nice and helpful. Erica is friendly and knowledgeable about getting me on the right track. Dr Crow was thorough and so so kind. She really made me feel calm, which is not a word I'd think I'd ever associate with a dentist. She made me feel I'm in good hands with my plan. The best person of all today, was Gina (or Jeana) not sure of spelling, who literally took me by the hand, did my X-rays and had such a way about her that comforted me and she even made me excited to come back!

Great staff starting with the front desk. Erica is always helpful and efficient as are the others. Hygienist Rebecca and Dr Crow are thorough and gentle and have made many improvements to my teeth and gums. I would highly recommend this office!

I had a very bad experience years ago with a Dentist. I was very skeptical when I went to Springhouse dental EVERYONE treated me WONDERFUL. I Love Dr Crow; her service is OUTSTANDING! Everyone is extremely sweet, professional and friendly. I referred one of my co workers and she loves them as well. I will be bringing one of my daughters to see Dr Crow as well.

Everyone from the Che k in Rep, Dental Tech who performed the best X-ray procedures, the Hygienist and more importantly Dr. Crow. Her KSA's, knowledge, skills and abilities was superb. Her bedside manner was refreshing. Not aggressive or pushy when explaining my dental plan. I highly recommend Smile Exchange. Oh & do t forget the check out rep. She provided me an estimate of what each procedure would be and what I may be responsible for financially.

These guys are awesome they treated me with the utmost respect. They're really accommodating with their appointment times, they explained in detail the difference between why I was having no problems with them compared to why I had so many problems and basically why my original dentures never got"finished" by being relined or ever being properly fitted after my gums were killed more from all of the teeth that had been pulled. Also, they agreed with me on how I wanted my TMJ treated as it had been treated in the past, unlike another local dentist that had wanted me to basically have my job broken and refitted to accommodate my tmj.
