The professionals at this practice made me feel immediately at ease. The place moves like a well-oiled machine, and yet everyone finds the time to be friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed, and the Doctor and staff were patient and cool when I asked for details, or for some instruction to be repeated. After experiencing sensitivity for months and 5+ years since my last dental visit, I decided to try this location. The staff was incredibly friendly, calming, and informative. Dr. Crowe and her assistant listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and were extremely kind and honest. I highly highly recommend seeing her if you are like me and experience a lot of anxiety at the dentist.

Had a missing tooth on my top plate and they took me on time and had the plate repaired in 2 and a half hours. I was waiting in the parking lot as I was a little early and they came out and got me. There was no charge for the repair. Thank you Smile Exchange employees of Springfield. Vincent Gray

Friendly staff. I used to hate going to the dentist and now I actually enjoy my visits. They're super gentle and every visit has been a positive experience.

A so-so dental experience. My husband and I have been going for 5 years. Different dentists all the time so nobody really knows you. This also resulted in inconsistent advice and concerns based on who's looking at you that day. Also, after speaking on the phone with someone a half hour before my appointment confirming I was coming, the door was locked and everyone went home 5 minutes or less after my appointment time. I was 7 minutes late (I have toddlers and things happen) and found the place deserted. Sign on the doors says open until 1:00 and they KNEW I was coming. It's just been so-so over the years and that was the straw that broke the camels back. Planning to go elsewhere.

Cassie is THE BEST hygienist!!! I didn't use any numbness for the deep clean and I don't feel anything!!! It's case by case, so you may need numbness or something. The cleaning experience is way above my expectation!!!

Called and was able to make an appointment for the following week. Filling out paperwork was easy to do and the location is very convenient. I was the first patient of the day and the first ti arrive but the third patient seated which was kinda weird. X-rays were as painless as they could be. Dr. A was nice but she speaks very quickly and I sometimes had to ask her to repeat things. My hygienist was thorough but was listening to music which was weird. I didn't feel like they gave me a ton of feedback on my current dental routine, they just said come back in six months so we can see how you progress.

Went in for a cleaning and was told I needed a tooth filled. Came back in to get said tooth filled only to be met by a different person insisting the tooth cannot be filled and needs a crown (much more permanent and expensive option). Felt coerced into it and said ok, and when I returned afterwards and my original provider saw the crown, she immediately showed dismay and began to complain to the other person in the room that a substitute personnel for dental care shouldn't make permanent decisions like that. She said this all right in front of me after the damage was already done, and me (someone in my early twenties) now has to deal with a visible gold tooth that could've been avoided for the rest of my life. After discussing with another dentist, they confirmed the tooth could've been filled normally for a fraction of the cost. Completely inexcusable and I highly recommend against coming here.

Moved away after 3 years. Repeated nuisance of charging for a service without consent. To top it, was provided a solution for a service to be done later. Person on the phone was super rude.
