Dr Smith and Britnay were phenomenal. They listened to my issues and heard me loud and clear. The technician who put my braces on was also amazing. She made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I'm so glad I chose Smile Doctors for my orthodontic needs.

The staff are very friendly, the explain everything very well. And I appreciate that. No complaints within that area. My daughter got braces on her top teeth. Wake up the next morning and shes got a sore on the inside of her check where the woman left a piece of metal sticking out. And trying to get ahold to someone on the weekend is like pulling teeth. But for $6700, my kid shouldn't have to suffer all weekend.

I got my Invisalign at smile doctors a little over 2 years ago. I recently had them removed and I am so pleased with my the results. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Smile Doctors!

Great place , friendly staff ,they work with you with payments and explain everything to help with the whole braces process. The lady who applied my son's braces was awesome and very patient with him ,he has Autism and Anxiety and she took the time out to talk him through the process and answer all his questions ..... That really means a lot to me

They were great! Staff is very friendly. They are very informative. Made my 11 year old very comfortable. They did his consultation and told me what we needed and the price and even got his braces put on today. All in one visit. Would definitely recommend. 5

I am frustrated by the lack of service I have been receiving since I was affected by a location closure. I now have to travel an hour each way, take time off of work, take my child out of school for hours and they have extended the treatment by at least 4-5 months due to faulty instructions one time and too aggressive a treatment another. In trying to get my child seen, I'm told they have very few appointments open, not open Fridays, and traveling doctors as excuses. This is not acceptable for as much as I was charged for this service. Quick response to my comment above was appreciated, can you have them contact me please.
