Entire staff was super welcoming and kind. Love the atmosphere here, they were able to place my braces the same day as the consult! Glad I made Smile Doctors my choice for ortho!

i had a couple problems but once you speak to them about it they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and that the problems are fixed! Tiffany definitely did an amazing job!

Everyone is friendly and committed to providing the best service and experience! Update: I completed my Invisalign treatment today and I am so happy. My teeth are so much straighter! I don't remember much pain, only occasional discomfort. I started in Brownwood and finished up in Waco, honestly, they are Awesome and very much in favor of helping each customer achieve their dream smile. Thank you to all for your support. You were each great and very appreciated. You're never too old! I am 67 and thrilled with my smile!

The staff was ok.. But I guess due to Covid they are treating everyone as if they have Covid which was not welcoming. But other than that the x ray technician was informative & the guy name Jimenez was also. The price that i receive was outrageous. Would of gave them a 5 but the way they treated us coming in was an awful experience.

Worst place ever, the hygienist are too busy talking to each other to pay attention the orthodontist see your child and doesn't even speak to you. The office is only open a few days a week so its impossible to get an appt that's not a month or two out. Go to a local practice and skip this change office. Horrible experience!!!!!

I was having some discomfort, so I went into the Waco office (my first time there) and Kendria took care of me. She went well above and beyond to make sure everything was right. If I could give 10 stars I would.....

Smile Doctors has been a fantastic experience. We had 3 in braces at once and they were so accommodating for our various schedules. Even when out of braces they quickly get us in for broken appliances. Smile Doctors truly wants you to love your smile. This actually my family's second set of braces each and loved the experience they provided

In the 3+ years I have been bringing my daughter here, it has only gone down hill each visit. This place used to be great but far from that now. Go somewhere else! The hygienist are only worried about playing around with their coworkers or screaming singing. I've had to tell the hygienist to wash hand or replace gloves after walking around the clinic touching everything then comes back and trys to put her hands in my daughters mouth. Scheduling apt is a joke cause we still wait a minimum of an hour before seen every time. The Dr comes by briefly, doesn't talk much and just moves on. There's so much to be said. Just save yourself time and go somewhere else!

I really appreciate the staff at Smile Doctors. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and create a laid back relaxing experience for patients. I've had issues with Invisalign but the staff has been understanding and professional trying to rectify the situation. I highly recommend Smile Doctors:)
