Well run business! Friendly staff and a clean environment! They did a great job on my oldest's teeth and now my younger daughter has gotten braces through them.

Just got my braces off and the experience I had with smile doctors was amazing. Dr. Williams and her staff are the best in the business. Melissa did a great job on my retainer. I highly recommend them.

This place has certainly downgraded since becoming Smile Doctor's. Never accommodating as they once were. They use to care if kids missed school, not anymore. Staff is very unfriendly. We have now missed a half a day of school for this 5 minute appointment...

I must say the care and courtesy me and my daughter received from the staff was beyond exceptional,but I must say the highlight for me and my daughter was the time and effort that Ashley and Corena offered,they explained everything start to finish and made sure we were comfortable with each step.They are phenomenal we are most definitely looking forward to the next appointment

This place is always accommodating. If there is a problem with a bracket or discomfort we can always stop by and get worked in quickly. Frankie in the Vidalia office is always prompt to respond when I have a question or need to reschedule an appointment. Great Service!

They placed the brackets wrong so my daughter has to wear them another 3 months. She has already been wearing them over 4 years. They do not seem to know what they are doing. I am very disappointed with there work and the amount of time it has taken.

Smile Doctors are always nice and friendly. They are good at what they do and will do everything to work with you if your insurance is not accepted. Frankie at the front desk is always friendly and willing to give you a helping hand at any circumstance. The doctor there is friendly, nice, and respectful to everyone. Thank you Smile Doctors

I scheduled the twins appointment on the same day at the same time. However, one wasn't seen until 15 minutes later. I rarely ever go to an appointment and they're seen on time. I would also like for them to be a little more gentle on their mouth.
