While I received the best care I have ever had at Smile Doctors at my last appointment (hate I forgot my person's name), it was a little disturbing to me that I had to point out the issues with my smile. I am nearing my de-band (I think that's what they call it) appointment and had I not pointed out certain things, I would have gotten my braces off prematurely.

Smile Doctors has the best rates in town and my son's teeth look perfect. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again!

My daughters appointment was @ 9am. She had to get braces on her top teeth. The procedure went smooth and rather quick!!! My daughter hasn't complained of any complications. I'm happy we found smile doctors!!

We were in and out in an hour! Everyone was super nice. Very high tech X-ray to get the perfect treatment plan.

Super frustrated with this orthodontist so far. We moved here from out of state and my son was 2/3 done with his ortho treatment, yet this office made me pay for an entire treatment plan, I wish I had gotten a second opinion. It would have been cheaper to fly back to Utah several times to finish ortho treatment there rather than sign a treatment plan here, but what's done is done unfortunately. Also, buyer beware, the orthodontist is only actually physically IN THE OFFICE ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. That is totally ridiculous, I signed a several-thousand dollar treatment plan and am having TO WAIT 2-3 MONTHS FOR APPOINTMENTS. I'm so unhappy with this orthodontist that I might take my next kid somewhere else, even though smile doctors is the only place that takes my dental insurance.

This is the friendliest place I've patronized in a long time. Monique was a breath of fresh air, made us comfortable and was very knowledgeable. We walked in just to get a consultation and to talk about pricing...we left with braces the same day.

Very rude older receptionist. She never greeted us , just barked "grab some masks and put them on, why are you here? An appointment?" I will be telling EVERYONE about this on social media as well as management. We have never had an issue in 2 years. Everybody looked at her and us, and you could see the shocked look on other people's faces. If it weren't so close to having my child's braces off, I would never come back
