My experience was Great. Everyone was so nice and professional. I was greeted as soon as I came into the building. The wait time was amazing. When they talk to me about what I was looking forward to do... I was greatly satisfied. They answered all my questions. And the price was great! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. I hope they keep the same great energy!

From the moment we walked in the door until the time we left we were treated like they had known us forever. They made my son feel very comfortable and let's be clear that's my shy baby but he actually opened up and talked. Shockingly. If you're getting braces I truly suggest going here. I told y'all when I was there but I have to say it again THANKS A MILL FOR MAKING OUR FIRST VISIT GREAT.

The staff was really friendly and amazing! Mariah Conley explained, communicated and demonstrated every detail to me about getting braces. I was really nervous about the process and the thinking of having to get braces. Thanks to Mariah, she really made me feel at ease. Mariah you are absolutely amazing

I love this location, they're very sweet and always take great care of me. My teeth are looking great! Only reason I subtracted a point is because wait times are getting longer and longer. I showed up to my appointment (2 minutes behind) today and have been waiting for an hour to be seen. They're super busy today but last time I came I waited in the chair for a while too and they weren't very busy that time. But, this is q great staff. They're great at what they do and I recommend everyone come here! Just expect to be here for a while when you come and if you have to go to work maybe request the whole day off.

Smile Doctors is a great place from it's friendly staff, warm environment, and professional and detailed information that they provide during the whole process. They really explain what to expect and how to reach your goals. I really appreciate the care they provided for my daughter and how much they kept me informed on each step. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for braces.

So far I've had a very positive experience with Smile Doctors. Everyone is so nice and helpful and getting my braces took no time at all! My appointment was at 8:15 and I was done by 9:30. I would recommend Smile Doctors to anyone!
