My son broke a bracket and was so scared to get it fixed. When we got there Ms. Kayla took him back and made him feel so much better about having it replaced. Kaiden has never really liked the dentist or drills as he calls them but Kayla was so patient and so supportive during his visit! She is by far one of our favorite's! Kaiden said she always makes me feel better!

Our daughter had a consultation and we scheduled her for her phase 1 braces the same week. From a friendly greeting at the beginning to a "see ya next time" from all the staff. They all cheered for her and clapped when they brought her back to welcome her! The orthodontist explained things to me in a way I could understand and ways to help her. The staff that helped her was so kind and helped calm this mama's nerves. They came and made sure I understood everything in the brochure and made sure my daughter did too. I am impressed with my first two visits. The orthodontist and two technicians have been competent and friendly. Things are moving efficiently to straighten my teeth.

Iam not going to go into huge detail. Just hung up the phone with these people. RUDE dosent cover it. We will see how things change when I get the call back from the manager. I will happily update and give a better review if warranted. But as for now, I am Not Impressed. (UPDATE: I did hear from the manager. The situation apparently has a lot of red tape around it. However I will give 2 more stars from 1 here for the willigness to reach out to resolve. I still feel that above all a childs oral health should be priority above and beyond any red tape. If a parent calls and says my child is having issues, next question should be when can you have him/her here regardless of any red tape. Nothing should be held to higher reguard than a childs needs)

Smile Doctors provides a wonderful atmosphere, and we appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff! All three of my children are being treated at Smile Doctors. We have a lot of appointments, and I appreciate their willingness to work around our busy schedules. Dr. Schaefer explains everything very well, and always gives us time to ask questions. The entire Toccoa Smile Doctors staff, from the front desk to the clinical staff, are always extremely friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and at ease. We are on our second child being a patient with Smile Doctors, and so far this experience is as wonderful as the first. They are thorough and do amazing work. I highly recommend the Toccoa Smile Doctors office for anyone needing orthodontic care.

We loved this office from the first day walking in and meeting everybody. My kids even enjoy going so that's another plus and everybody is so friendly and welcoming. Very thankful we found this group.
