Staff is fast and friendly and give you all the information you need when it comes to your teeth and braces plus they give you cookies and water I had a very friendly visit I especially liked Heather the consultation manager she was very patient and kind and I love Dr. Marsha J. Holloway was very wonderful as well my daughter was very comfortable with them.

Everyone today was very helpful and Tyler loves going into the office. He loves that he can joke with all of them including dr Holloway. We are still very happy with our decision of choosing smile doctors

Kayla is AMAZING. She always promptly answers our questions on the app. Also, I went to get a new scan box for my son. Right as I pulled up, she was locking up to go for lunch. She still went in to get it for me! Great lady, great service, Smile Doctors!

Very friendly staff and Dr. Holloway was very friendly as well. The process for my braces was explained well. They made this new experience very comfortable and well received. I would definitely recommend them to be the place to go and get braces.

Love these people great group of staff. They help out with payments plans and get seen fast. Greets when we walk in and leaves. My daughter used them and my oldest is on his second round of braces. Will use for my youngest son also when time.

I was greeted once I walked in pure usual. But once my name was called The lady didn't speak, or really say 2 words. She was very rough, and had a attitude the entire time. I don't even know did I make any progress from my last visit. I love this place, but I refuse to let Shonda work on me anymore. She had the same attitude the last time I was here as well.
