Omg!!!! My experience was amazing the employees are so welcoming and the atmosphere is so homey. This is my second time at Smile Doctors and it was even better than the first.

Best orthodontist I have ever been to! Great staff they explained everything clearly and didn't mind my extra questions, happily answered each and every one! They never brushed aside my concerns and where focused on what I wanted and didn't try and make me do something I was not comfortable with. So excited to continue my smile journey with this lovely group of spooky people!!

I put 3 of my children in braces on the same day because that was Smile Doctors professional advisement. My youngest was advised to be in them for around a year to shift his teeth for incoming teeth, be out for around a year, then back in braces to complete his treatment. I completed payment for all three children with my youngest's treatment slightly lower cost than my other two children. When it came time to put him back in braces they wanted me to pay about the same I did the first time which was mentioned nowhere in the original contract. I opted out. If I had known that ahead of time I would have waited until he was older and all of his teeth had come in.

Staff was super friendly, they had stuff for the kids to do while waiting, they had snacks, and they give the younger siblings attention too. Was a pleasant experience!

My son is getting great care at Smile Doctors. Noemi is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Dr. Andrew carefully explained all of our treatment options and helped our son understand his responsibilities. Highly recommend for any member of your family needing orthodontic care.

Today I took my daughters in, consult for one, the other to get her last brackets off from our prior ortho. Both went great! From making the appointment to leaving, everything went perfect! My youngest got her braces on same day, wasn't expecting that but she's was so excited. Everyone is so sweet. I did see a review mentioning it takes a while but I didn't mind. They take their time and make you feel important. Would definitely recommend!

This places takes forever to actually see patients. You will wait at least 30 minutes and sometimes up to an hour, after your actual scheduled appointment time. It's annoying and disrespectful of patients.

I LOVEEEEEEE this place!!! I've wanted to go here for a while and I'm so glad I got the opportunity to do so. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I wasn't expecting to get braces on in the same day, but they made it happen!!! They are miracle workers!!!

It started off a little rocky, but I must say I'm satisfied with the end results. I would recommend smile Doctors's to any family or friend. Their affordable rate makes it easy on your pockets and cleanliness of the office is a plus.

Smile Doctors Braces provided us the GREATEST service overall from customer service to prices as well as amazing work. I had received pricing from another businesses and Smile Doctors Braces by far had better pricing and services. Not, to mention Jhona set down and went over our treatment plan and took the time to answer every question. It was such a quality visit in comparison to other places which it seemed to be based on time. She sat with my daughter assisted her in deciding on what was best braces or invisalign based in her life style. She ensured she knew how to operate her scan from home system in which, yes people they monitor your braces from a system you take home no need to be consumed with coming in constantly! I had a smaller child who became restless and Jhona put a Disney show on her so that we could focus on the treatment plan. She went above and beyond plugging in numbers to get payments where they needed to be for us. I also had a consultations with other Orthodontist and I have Tricare insurance they quoted me a price and wanted to get me in the chair immediately. However, Jhona contacted my insurance company to ensure I was covered based on my age in which I wasn't! Words can't express what her attention to detail meant as these other places would have had me paying out of pocket a crazy amount of money based on the fact they didn't check the fine print. I was down about the fact that I was not covered for Ortho care and Johana said, give me a bit and worked it out to where I could receive care at an affordable price! My daughter went back to get her braces and as I waited I heard a big welcome and cheer from staff for her, which just made her feel comfortable and like family. My smaller child was upset she wasn't getting a bag full of goodies or braces, lol and Jhona made her feel part of the process by giving her a T-shirt. The receptionist welcomed us and got us in the back very quickly and the Orthodontist took her time and answered all my questions. Lastly, I got a message from Jhona checking on my daughter a day later as braces at first can be a bit painful, she offered some tips for pain, words of encouragement and let me know I could contact directly with any questions. TREAT YOURSELF and check out Smile Doctors!!! Thank me later with your amazing Smile they will provide to you with lots of care!
