Staff is always helpful looking for what is best for my family and our circumstances. Everyone I have worked with there is bright, cheery and welcoming. I feel they go the extra mile to give you a good experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Appointment started exactly on time, finished in exactly 45 minutes as promised. Welcomed at the front desk even though I hadn't completed my paperwork, all financials were explained simply and I felt that I was given the best possible price. Scanning was painless and the tech explained carefully exactly what she was doing. Would definitely recommend this office!

Lauren is awesome. Jen is fantastic. Barb is wonderful. I think I would stop in to say hi to this fantastic group of girls even if I wasn't getting braces. But if you're looking at this review it must be because you're considering braces... This group is top notch. They're knowledgeable, professional, fun... I currently have Invisalign and they are working wonders! Would definitely recommend to anybody, young or old (as I am not a spring chicken)... Both my kids got traditional braces here as well. Can't go wrong.

Took longer than I thought and more painful than I thought. My teeth aren't as straight as I thought they would be at this point, but there are clear results. The workers make the experience as comfortable and entertaining as possible, though.

I was very disappointed by the whole procedure when purchasing the invisiguards. I knew nothing and was told nothing about this type of braces when purchasing them. I was not told that they need to be taken out when eating and drinking. When we arrived to pick them up, the nurse put the things needed on my daughter's teeth which went well. Then we were given the supply of invisiguards and she had my daughter try them on. As my daughter struggled to put them on and off, she was near tears when she couldn't get them off. The nurse offered no help and was losing patience with us. I guess I expected better sevice after all the money we spent and a little more compassion. Luckily I found a friend on Facebook who had invisiguards and explained everything in detail. To make matter worse, 2 days later my daughter developed a pounding headache and 102deg temperature. I found out by Googling that this can happen sometimes. Thank goodness for social media.

While I was waiting in the waiting room at the Steamboat location, as both my children were in the back, I overheard one of technicians talking. She asked my kids who they wanted to win in the election. They responded, Trump. My son said she responded in a comment suggesting that President Trump doesn't have much time left in office. I did not hear this clearly as I was not in the back. The next question I heard the technician ask my 10-year-old and 14-year-old is did they even know the name of the other person running or was Trump the only name they heard in their house? I felt this was extremely condescending and inappropriate considering that she had two children in her presence. I do not send my children to this orthodontist to get asked these questions.

After a stressful day in California of finding out our 7 year old daughter is missing 4 adult teeth. I called to here to speak with and make an appointment for a consultation for our daughter. We are moving next week to Steamboat and this was definitely an added stress. The staff I spoke with was incredibly professional and sympathetic to my concerns. Particularly the new patient coordinator who was newly relocated to the area from Dallas as well. I am looking forward to working with their office for the next 10 years

I am 33 and I just got braces for the first time. They made my first experience one worthy of 5 stars! Nice and knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend Braces U if you or a friend are considering braces. Thanks Braces U, I can't wait for my smile to be transformed!
