I think Dr. Forche is AWESOME! His staff rocks! I look forward to my appointments with them. The environment is so fun and light. Also, Dr. Forche is so patient and pleasant. Update: Omg!!! I have been going here for roughly 6 months. Staff is amazing. Jen is great at her job and always make sure if I'm on a time crunch I get out in time. Dr.Forche also is great at explaining the process with each visit and what my next step will be. I love this office!

I love Dr. Forche's office! Fantasic orthodontist with an amazing staff. I love all the Legos and Star Wars tchotchkes! Very good pricing compared to other Ortho offices.

This group was amazing. My daughter was terrified due to a negative experience with a previous experience with a different group and this group was so patient and gentle with her. My daughter walked out of there smiling and so happy with them. She said she is "excited to go back". I cannot thank Dr. Forche and his staff enough.

At first the staff and Dr. Forche were very friendly, but when I started having issues with my jaw being misaligned, they completely dismissed my concerns even when I told them that my soft palate was twisted. The technician looked at it and said, "It's not that bad." It's not that bad?! Umm... I'm not a doctor, but I believe one's soft palate shouldn't be twisting AT ALL! Then COVID-19 happened, and they started cancelling appts right before an upcoming appt. The message I received said that if anyone had a missed appt that patients don't have to do anything and that they would be calling those patients for a virtual exam. I never got a call, and when I called to schedule that virtual exam I got their voicemail, left a message (this was the beginning of the week) and never received a returned call. When I called the following week due to my issue worsening, the technician was curt and said my issue wasn't possible and couldn't be caused by my braces. She's not a doctor, and she'd never looked in my mouth to even make that judgment--not that she's qualified to. Then I asked about making an appt, and she said they weren't taking patients until June but never offered to schedule me for that time as by that point she was trying to rush me off the phone. She also never offered me a virtual exam that I was supposed be called back about scheduling as she just said they couldn't help me right now and ushered me off the call. I was so angry that I didn't even say goodbye back when she snarkily said goodbye.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Rob Forche Orthodontics! Dr. Forche is fantastic and his staff is friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them!
