I have always loved the expeditious service. I never wait long at all. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Patty is MY GIRL! She has been the same since I got my braces originally. Her customer service and care is TOP NOTCH! She is friendly, bubbly and warm and it is evident that this is not just a job for her. She loves what she does! And it shows! She has gotten me through some rough times with me having to take care of my sick mother. She has been so ENCOURAGING to me and her mother is deceased. She deserves an award and a RAISE! Keep up the GREAT work Patty! YOU GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!

They have helped through 2 of my daughters and have been so friendly and helpful. The girls have felt comfortable with everyone even they were nervous about having braces! We love this place and can not wait to see the beautiful smiles in the making

They make you feel so comfortable and like family. They explain everything in detail and are a head of the game when it comes to the technology they use to monitor your child's process from the comfort of your home. They also consider how painful it may be for your child to have both the top and bottom done together so they do uppers and then lowers about 6 to 8 weeks apart. They have military discounts.

I never thought as an adult I would get braces so I always put it off. After doing intensive reach I choose to go to Smile Doctors. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed. The staff is warm and kind and remembers the small things about me as a person. I feel as though they truly care about me, not just my teeth. I highly recommend Smile Doctors for your orthodontic needs.

I have always been extremely sensitive, with my teeth. The Assistant & doctor were very careful with me. They prepared my teeth with a set of Invisaligners. I'm so excited & relieved to be on this new treatment. In 1-1/2 years, it should be completed. Highly recommend this facility - Smile Doctors in Pearland, Texas.

Drove 30 minutes from Clear Lake and even Galveston at one point to come to this location. Dr. Yu, Cassidy, Cindy, and Pattie have always treated so sweet! I loved coming every time and I actually got my braces off today! they let me keep them(I wanted to keep memories). Thanks for always making me smile and now I can smile more with my new one!! I love Smile Doctors in Pearland.
