I mean no disrespect but I am so FRUSTRATED!! I take time to write good reviews, not one like what I'm about to do now. I got adult braces applied in July of 2020, the very day of my consult. I put the down payment and monthly draft on a credit card, was contracted to be in them for 18-24 months, and walked out one happy lady. I returned for my first follow up visit and was told that another provider had taken over. I ended up in the office more during these months for problems, rather than treatment it seemed, broken brackets, wires, attachments, etc. Keep in mind, I am an adult at 50 and certainly was not doing things like I did when I had braces as a kid. The braces were then removed at 19 months and I was then placed in Invisalign (at my adamant request after an office visit voicing my concerns that treatment seemed quite poor in my opinion). I am now at 27 months into treatment, and am still NOWHERE NEAR being complete! Almost another 50weeks in aligners!. UGH! I was in rubber bands for bite correction in the traditional braces, and as many times that I have asked, it has not been any concern to the doctor since being in the Invisalign and I still have a significant overbite. I'm not rich and cannot see any dramatic changes when smiling, for what is approximately the $5,000.00 I've already paid for. I would happily post the video for proof if it would allow! I love the kind people and smiling faces in the office, but whoever is "overseeing treatment" is who I'm pointing the finger of disappointment at! All I wanted was just a little bit of confidence in my smile. Not so much as an offer for a discount, write off for the remaining balance, nothing has been offered for inconvenience, time, my extraordinary patience, and broken trust during this journey. I cannot find a direct corporate email, or this would have gone there instead. Parents, adults, whatever your reason for trying to better your smile, DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST!! Find the best of the best, not just some company offering a "summer discounted special" with good office staff :(

Always a pleasure taking my daughter to Smile Doctors! They have been very informative and answered all of our questions. They have worked with us on a payment plan. Hannah is absolutely amazing every time my daughter has to go in for an adjustment. I would recommend anyone that needs braces to go to Smile Doctors!

YOU HAVE TO GO TO SMILE DOCTORS! All my life all I have ever wanted was to have a perfect smile. I have always been self conscious about my teeth, starting my journey with them was one of the best decisions I have ever done! They always make me feel beautiful inside and out! Everyone of their staff is amazing and they remember you each time you walk in the door. You will not find a better team of experts to give you the smile you've always wanted! They have flexible scheduling, and payments! I 10/10 recommend them if your getting braces!!! You won't regret it

I love love love Smile Doctors! I've been dealing with them for almost 5 years now & they are beyond patient for someone that DESPISES the dentist! I just received my retainers and I am beyond pleased with my smile. Hannah, Vanessa & GiGi make the visits and trips worth while I can't wait to see the final product. I've been able to work with all 3 big boss dentists that worked/work in the office. A+++

I used to love this place. It was warm, friendly, inviting.... but when Dr. Togrye left, it all went downhill. Dr. Woods kept it going and it was still somewhat the same atmosphere, but I have no idea what's happening now. The current doctor is rude and very critical of the previous doctors methods (just what you want to hear halfway into your kids treatment!) The office is stark, all the pictures and inviting things have been removed. There is no music playing and the entire staff look grumpy and depressed. This is NOT the same place it used to be. Unfortunately we went elsewhere for our other child. Sad, because this used to be a great place.
