This is the 3rd time I've came to my appointment and Ana felt that it was okay to discuss payment information and banking information in the check in area. Asking me my account information and discussing my late payments in front of anyone. I feel that there should be some kind of financial room/office because that's very tacky and inconsiderate. She does it constantly and rubs me the wrong way. She literally pulled me out of the chair while I was starting my appointment today with the dental assistant and handed me the phone to financial services in front of everyone at the front desk. Who does that? I'm considering switching orthodontist.
