I've only been there once and I already love the place, really friendly staff, awesome design of the building, great doctors. Although my biggest complaint about the whole thing is their parking lot. It might not matter with people with small cars, but you'll probably have some difficulty if you drive a truck.

I felt like I was in an assembly line, instead of a patient receiving individualized/personal care. Don't get me wrong, the staff is friendly, in a fast food kinda of way (in and out, hi/bye...see ya next time). I was never told I had a tongue thrust which was causing my teeth to continually shift and extend care. I did the research and told them. I was never told that the risk factor for tooth decay is heightened with braces. Now that I think of it, it makes sense. But I expect my caregiver to talk to me about these things. Especially when the decay is happening and they see it! I stopped care after three years. My teeth are in terrible shape! I take responsibility for my part in not wearing the rubberbands all the time. I cannot believe I paid over $5000 to correct a few gaps and an open bite and now I have visible black triangles (Google it). I hate my smile. It's worse than before I started treatment. Healthcare is not what it used to be. We pay for care that we must research and suggest a diagnosis/solution to the "professionals." If anyone reads this, be your own advocate, research, ask questions, definitely ask if there's decay. Mine was not visible until the braces were off. It was not discussed with me but written in my notes as the reason my results were not as promised. My regular dentist kept putting off my deep clean/descaling because the braces were supposed to be off last year. Perhaps that would have helped too. All I know is I have rotten teeth and I never want to smile again! Shop around and find an orthodontist, not a braces factory/mill. You owe it to yourself to receive personalized dental care...from someone who makes you feel like a patient and not NEXT!!!!

I took my son in for the first time today, I'm so glad I chose this office! The staff were very nice and they have a game room, yes I went in and played a couple of games myself. They also offer beverages and snacks, hands down the best orthodontics office I've ever been to.

The overall experience has been nothing short of amazing. I have Invisalign and my daughter had braces and the service is impeccable. I'm so thankful we choose Smiles Doctors for our treatment!

Amazing customer service! Free consultation and X-rays. The ladies at the front desk are the friendliest people I've encountered in a long time. Highly recommend!

Now that everything is online, including your appointments, the care has dramatically declined. The failure on staying connected with my daughters care has caused her to remain in a tray for weeks and the tray attachments still attached to her teeth, when she should be ready to move on. It feels like we are just another number in the books and not a human being. Think twice before you get your dental care through this chain. I would stick with a local orthodontist running their own practice to get the one on one care your child deserves.

Took my daughter in for the dreaded braces talk.. I had them, all metal, the pain and ugly memories flooded my mind. Today she gets a shot at a great smile and Invisalign!!! Also offered whitening which I didn't expect and the people there were incredible! Can't wait to go back for my adult consult. You know you are good when you walk in one patient, and leave with two!

I currently have braces from here and love this place, from the office space to the staff. It's such a nice warm vibe and all the staff is welcoming and easy going. Not to mention the great work they do. 12/10 would recommend!

The smile doctors are always friendly and make you feel comfortable like you're right at home (not a work place) and they try their best to get you in and out. There's very nice and sweet people. Never once rude

Still paying the price of choosing this orthodontist. Literally paying the price, about 10 thousand dollars actually. I'm Still salty about it 5 years later. Don't be fooled by the pretty office.

My daughter and I both went here for treatment. My daughter had traditional braces and I had Invisalign. Both of our treatment plans took a year longer than initially predicted. If you ever have to reschedule an appointment, you will likely have to wait over a month. If you lose your retainer, they can't get you in for over 10 days to get molds for new ones (teeth move that fast). Every time I call, I am on hold endlessly. I am currently on hold trying to reschedule an appointment and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. My son, who is older, went to Blackwell and we never had these problems. They always got us in right away if something broke or we had to reschedule. And, since everything is prepaid, you are completely stuck with the poor service.
