Everyone at Smile Doctors Orthodontics Toccoa/Lavonia are always professional and go out of their way to answer any questions we have. They also take their time to explain the treatments. We are extremely satisfied with their office.

My experience with Dr. Schaefer and staff at the Smile Doctors in Lavonia Georgia has been extremely pleasant. Dr. Schaefer always answers my questions in easy to understand terms and his staff is always very helpful.

so unprofessional, the orthodontist stormed outside the room after we confronted him about a mistake him and his team did that he did not like, so instead of talking about It maturely or professionally, he stormed out like a little child. worst experience ever with anyone in the medical industry.

Dr Schaefer and his staff are amazing! Brittany's smile and sweet personality immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident that you are in the right place. Kayla was amazing!!! She explained everything thoroughly. She took her time with my son and was very gentle and used the proper hygiene. She also made sure that every need was met and every question was answered before our appointment was complete. Thank you so much to the smile doctors crew!

Dr. Schaefer by far, is the best orthodontist I could have ever found for all four of my children. Everyone is so pleasant and Brittany, the receptionist always greets you with a smile. I recommend Dr. Schaefer and his staff for all of your orthodontic needs. Everyone is always so kind and ready to address any concerns you may have!!
