If you are like me then you appreciate great service. Everyone here is so helpful and kind. Maria, Ruth Ashlee, Dr Tima made the 1st consultation absolutely seamless. I highly recommend Everyone and their mammas to come here. P.s. you look good when you're smilin :)

I would definitely recommend Smile Doctors. Dr. Tima is so sweet & her team is wonderful. I just had my braces removed yesterday and the whole experience from start to finish was great. It was exciting that my treatment was shorter than originally planned based on how well Dr. Tima and her team works. I've recommend Smile Doctors to my coworker and so far her treatment is also going really good. Thank you so much Smile Doctors!! I am in love with my new smile.

Staff was so friendly and inviting! They took great care of my 8 year old who just got her top braces and was a bit nervous. They made sure she was comfortable through the whole process and took breaks as need for my daughter. Our first visit here was everything we had hoped it would be.

Had a great first appointment with Smile Doctors. The staff was friendly and fun to chat with. That place is a well oiled machine. They know their stuff and they move you through their system with crazy efficiency! I signed up to get Invisalign and they did my scans today and said my trays will arrive in 4-6 weeks. I'll update again after I've started the trays.

While the staff is great, the way this practice is run is asinine. One staff to run this and the office in Greeley seems a pretty poor practice. You never know when or if they will be open. When you call either the Johnstown or Greeley number it is routed to whichever is open so there is no way to know which one you are talking to unless you specifically ask. This causes a real problem when you call the Johnstown office to ask if they are open and told they are, when in fact it was only the Greeley location that was open. We drove all the way to the office to get bands for my daughter only to find that the office there is closed. This happened two days in a row because the person answering the phone neglects to inform you that they are in fact in Greeley. It is really frustrating because when we first got braces put on the staff told us just come in any time if the kids need more bands. Kind of hard to do when you never know if they will be open and you only have a limited number of days you can go to the office because you work a full time job. The fact that they do not have regular office hours at this location should have been disclosed at the very beginning. Can't wait for my kids to be done with braces so I don't have to deal with playing this stupid game ever again.
