I came in @ 2:30pm 10 minutes before my 2:40pm appointment waited a few minutes before I was checked in. While waiting 2 people came in. They waited 8 minutes before someone came to check them in. I overheard the receptionist telling a patient that they appointment was at 2:05pm and next time the doctor have a 15 min grace period or they will have to reschedule. I stepped up to make sure my child was checked in because by this time it was past her appointment. No one addressed me until 2:52pm. I got a "Yes she checked in." Shortly after they called the late patient back. Bottom line I'm mortified I started this payment plan with these people. Go somewhere else for braces. These folks don't value your time. The receptionist heard me talking about it and decided to laugh about it with another employee. They don't treat you like family. It's all about the money. I knew it was weird that they only put her top row on in October. They didn't want to give me a chance to sleep on it. I was under the impression this was going to be easy by the intail consultation. That was the bait. Don't fall for it!

Everyone is so nice and sweet. I had an appointment to get my bottom row of braces placed. When I left my husband took me to Olive Garden to get something to eat. I literally broke a bracket while eating my salad. I called and left a message explaining what happened. I got a call back at 4:00pm and they told me to head back that way. Of course I had to wait a little bit for the patients that was the before me, but when they called me to the back. They we're extremely nice and understanding. Took 5mins to replace the bracket.

I paid over $5000 for braces and I don't think it was worth it. My teeth weren't bad actually and had to wear braces for about two years to end up just with little improvement. I told the doctor that my teeth weren't straight like I wanted to and she said they were fine so life got busy and couldn't go back to try to have them fix it.

My appointment was for 9am. I got there early, maybe about 8:50am. I did not get seen until after 9:30am. I was the only one waiting and then came about four more people after me and they were all seen before I was. I get to the back and they introduced me to the doctor stating," This is Kathryn and she hasn't been taking her scans." Just, Wow! Then the doctor asks me, "why haven't you been taking your scans?" As loud as he could and the whole room got quiet where there were at least 5 other families around me. It was definitely embarrassing and all I could do was laugh and try to answer the question. No private conversation about my mess ups. I had to let the world know why I was slacking. So, thanks for the humiliation. I'll be sure to take my scans on time... lesson learned. I was transferred to this location so technically, I am new to them and this is how I was greeted.

The lady who came to help one day. Is only after your money . Before she talked to a doctor she was trying to get me to pay this crazy amount for Invisalign's. Scammers and money hungry

This is a great establishment to go to. They are very professional everything was done in a timely matter and everybody made me feel so welcome. If you're looking for a dental office to go to this is the place to go to I promise you will not be disappointed.

The tech and dentist were great, but after arriving 20 Mins early (my bad) still waited nearly 20 mins past appointment to be seen.

Smile Doctors is a great place for braces. They are quick, precis and I definitely see a change in my sons teeth so it won't take a long time to correct his teeth. Only thing, their hours are not that great for a working parent. Last appt is at 3:30 so make a mental note of that

With every visit staffing was always helpful, informative and courteous. With insurance the price was very reasonable
