I was concerned about using Smile Doctor's because of the negative reviews regarding scheduling and unfriendly staff but they were the closest orthodontic office that accepted my insurance. I got a consolation appointment within a week of calling and they were able to put my daughters braces on that day. The day after she told me a piece of wire was bothering her and they scheduled us an appointment for the next afternoon. The in office wait wasn't too long especially considering they are probably fully booked trying to catch up from the covid 19 back log every business that was forced to close down is still suffering from. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Very happy with the work of Orthodontist technician Traci! Thank you you did an awesome job with my sons braces! He is very happy about his braces:) She is very knowledgeable and very awesome with children! 5 stars for Mrs Traci !

Great atmosphere. Its kid friendly but its not chaotic. Addison was phenomenal in assisting me. She has a natural easy going, caring personality that made me feel calm. She informed me on each part of the process that was getting done. This put me more at ease. She is a great asset to Smile Doctors !

I love Smile Dr. Braces in Hinesville. Theee of my children have braces and we are in there often. Nothing but a GREAT experience each time. We saw Emilee today and we love her!!!

Bargain bin braces. No time management. You will what ever appointment (around 45 minutes). Not to blame the staff, it literally the Walmart of braces. Overbooked and under staffed.

But particularly to Ms. Emily for being so patient and kind and also for helping me with my bracket.
