Staff is always nice and they have done a great job with my sons teeth. Braces are coming off soon and we are excited to see his new smile! Keep up the good work!

I initially started with Dr. Marshall and loved him and his work. I had braces for two rounds and during the second round I only had Dr. Marshall for a little bit, everything always went smoothly with him and I knew exactly what was going on. When he merged with smile doctors things started going downhill for me, and fast. I saw a different orthodontist every appointment and from the performance and service I was receiving, I would guess they had no communication with each other. It felt like I was being told something different every time I went in and like there was no plan for my smile. From my perspective, they were just trying whatever they wanted and "thought could work." I know it's common for orthodontists to tell their patients that braces will be coming off earlier then they actually will. But I was told my braces would be removed by December 2021, then we had a set appointment to remove them March 2022, that was canceled and I didn't actually get them removed until August 2022. I'm not even an orthodontist but appointment after appointment I had to call back because of mistakes I noticed and schedule to come fix them. I know multiple people that went to smile doctors and voiced the same complaints. I had a series of disappointing visits and I constantly felt out of the loop. If you are looking for a consistent and informative orthodontist, I would not recommend this smile doctors.

Love the doctors and staff. My only complaint is how hard it is to get appointments. They schedule months out which can delay the process and finished product!

My daughter Ava has been going here for almost a year. She loves her braces, and can't wait for her new smile. She had a pretty big gap between her front teeth, and it's already gone. She loves it. Still about 12 months to go but happy with the progress already! Staff and Dr. Marshall are wonderful!

Quick, professional visit today! I'm very satisfied with my Invisalign treatment thus far and appreciate Dr. Marshall and his staff! Recommend Smile Dr.'s/Dr. Marshall for older patients like myself who need orthodontic work!

The staff here are absolutely amazing! My daughter had so much anxiety about getting braces, but they made it the most pleasant experience for her. After her appointment, she was excited to show off her new braces! I highly recommend!

Destroyed my teeth. Took off my bottom braces so far and I have three cavity's that developed under the braces. Kept telling me I need to wear longer(the longer you wear them the more they can add on) $4000 a bunch of pain and scared cheeks for 2 plus years. Because of pandemic they waited 13 months to see me . Super sweet people but they have one orthodontist who changes locations always so you always play catch up with whoever your going to see. and he's so busy hoping around. Go where there's more one on one if you want a better experience

This is one of the best dentist by far I had tooth sensitivity on one of my tooth and I told her then she went on to take extra precautions to make I wasn't in any pain and I change to a lot different dentists because I experienced very rude things this one is by far the best one yet and also I would like to mention I Was 30 min late and they still saw me I will be definitely coming here in the future

The service and staff was nothing short of professional and outstanding. Each trip was like going to see family. Dr. Marshall always made sure to ask how things were going and how the family was doing. Wonderful experience.

We LOVE Dr. Marshall and his staff. Everyone's always friendly and smiles all the time. Their work is amazing. Our son has never complained. They always explain their methods and the procedures, so there aren't any surprises. We can always reach the staff with questions and get help immediately. We recommend Dr. Marshall to anyone and everyone that needs braces or orthodontic work. We met with several doctors and Dr. Marshall was our son's first and only choice. He talks directly to the patient, no matter their age. At 10 years old, our son felt like an adult, making adult decisions. He loved being addressed like an equal.
