I had a really great experience yesterday. Both my mother and brother got their work done in this office and they recommended me to go for my invisalign. From the moment you walk in everyone greets you with a smile. Dr. Adcox recognized my mom right away and came to greet her and ask about her treatment. The receptionist was super nice at check in as well. After a short wait i went in for my free consultation which included xrays, and an evaluation. Everything was comfortable, easy and fast. After that i went to see Christina and she assisted my by helping me choose my treatment plan, she showed me a preview of how my teeth would look and answered all of my questions. She even helped me get a really good payment plan that was comfortable for me. I'm really thankful to all the staff and can't wait to start treatment with them.

I had a rough experience with getting a wire put on the back of my top teeth. During the appointment, my front tooth had gotten knocked pretty hard with a dental tool. I ended up having a root canal about a year later, also resulting in a darkened tooth. I believed this had been the cause. I left a negative review. Two of the docs there called me and brought me in. They were both non-judgmental and kind regarding my concerns. They sent me to a local Endodontics establishment with Doc Ford, and got my tooth whitened at no expense to myself. They were beyond gracious. I truly appreciated the customer service. I would recommend this place because of the overall service I received.

Thanks to Smile Doctors...I don't have to cover my mouth when I smile or laugh.I have always been self conscious of my teeth and my huge gap. They fixed my smile and I am forever grateful for that. Finally got my braces off today!

I loved my experience today!! The staff there made me feel very welcomed , and comfortable through the whole process.. I came in so nervous and they most definitely put a SMILE on my face making me feel like there building is home... Everything was great except the wait. They seem to over book so the appointment time they give you isn't the time you actually go back. Appointment was at 3:30 got called to the back at 3:46 and then was seen at about 4. Then had to do all the prep work and wait for the dentist. Other than that, the people were nice and friendly. I hope they stop the over booking though because I'm not a fan of wasted time. I left work early to make sure I wouldn't be late just to sit.

This is a great place to go and get take your teeth taken care of for you or family. The team was very professional examining and providing me with solutions for the best dental care for my son. My son and I felt that we was in good hands for start to finish. All the staff here were very gentle and kind. Meagan explained very well what was going on. It's the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family... I highly recommend this establishment to anyone!!! Thank you Smile Doctors!

All of the staff are so friendly and informative, Megan helped ease my daughter's anxiety and definitely focused on what my daughter wanted to correct about her smile, made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I'm so glad we picked Smile Doctors! I also so pleased with the complete package you get with them and an amazing price!

I do not normally do this but It is causing us a lot of our personal time and inconvenience. We move out of Texas since 2020 and they kept taking money from our insurance which causing us a lot of work and hours trying to fix their mistakes. We've call them several times about this situation and they doesn't even bother fixing it. It is very inconvenient. My daughter can't even see her dentist until this is resolved. They are taking advantage of military members. I do not recommend going to this Dental clinic. U.S. Army (Retired) First Sergeant.

My daughter and I love everything about Smile Doctors in Harker Heights! They are so professional but super fun at the same time. They explain everything and ask for not only my opinion about treatment but also my daughter, my 15 yr old daughter has Invisalign. Dr. Adcox and his team have made everything so enjoyable and easy.

Absolutely love and recommend this office. First Gabe worked with us to get us a late appointment due to my busy work schedule. Even got offered snacks when we arrived while waiting. Christina made our first visit amazing by connecting with my daughter and providing excellent customer service. Totally convinced we have chosen the right place for our orthodontic journey. Can't wait to see what's next.

My smile got so much better after 8 months of Invisalign, I am now at the year mark and I am so happy. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. The app help you keep track of your progress and you can message the team and they answer fast. Its expensive but worth it, all the technology they have is from another world.

I love this place! Everyone here remembers you even if you don't them. They are all so welcoming and friendly! I've had my braces for quite some time and today I them off. I've never been so excited for something and they were all so happy right along with me. They are helpful in so many ways. Payments plans were such a big help in my life and I'm sure in many other. You definitely won't regret coming to them for services. will always recommend them to anyone.
