The absolute best experience I have ever had with an orthodontist office and team. They all were so kind, informative, and helpful. The office was comfortable and their processes were streamlined, simple, and easy. Their interest free 18-month financing allowed me to be worry free in making the decision to invest in my smile. Something I have wanted to do for a long time. I'm confident and excited for the outcomes I will have once I have finished my journey with Smile Doctors. We adore Dr. Tima and her crew! Ashlee explained prices, payment plans and all the options to us and was very transparent. As always, we were in and out quickly and had a great time!

Friendly staff. Great docs! A bit hard to schedule sometimes and I feel like prices have one up over the past 5 years. Overall satisfied. Both my boys have great looking and functional teeth.

The staff is careless and doesn't treat you like a customer. They think they are the customer. Selena is a joke she knows nothing about handling a complaint or customer service. I do not recommend this place so sad we are stuck here since treatment has already been paid for.

This is hard because I really had hoped things would have turned out differently. I have some medical complications that made it impossible for me to get braces on my bottom row of my teeth. The surgery that I needed to correct the problem before having braces applied to the lower was very expensive and risky (paralysis, speech issues, loss of feeling, swallowing) impossible to find a surgeon that wasn't greedy or qualified. I still paid Smiles for braces for my top and bottom row. I got half of it done. They never touched the lower row of my teeth. I paid a little over $5k for this service. I pretty much finished the top row and got a retainer for it. I asked to stop treatment due to the complications and and be reimbursed for the services I did not receive. They gave me the excuse that the "months of service" were calculated into my care. They reimbursed me $1200. I was told pretty much that I wasn't going to get anything back at first when I requested reimbursement for something I never got done. I hate arguing and I have the worst year ever... so I told them I wasn't going to argue and signed the paper agreeing to the 17% refund for not getting any braces on the lower row of teeth. As if I should be grateful that I was getting anything reimbursed at all. My take away from this situation is that if you suspect that you might run into roadblocks that are completely out of your control like an oral tumor and impacted tooth that's embded into your jaw which meant I needed reconstruction done first...don't expect Smiles to really do the right thing as far as reimbursement for care you really didn't get because they go by "months of service" not what materials they used, not by what treatment they did or didn't do, not by whatever results you got or didn't get. They could of adjusted my care over a year ago when I explained to the office more than once that I was having difficulty finding a surgeon throughout my "months of service". Again all I ask is for someone to do the right thing. The sad part just like I explained in the office I expected this kind of behavior because its not about what's right it's about keeping my money. 09/1/2020 Update I was called and got a voice mail that my address hadn't been confirmed and that I needed to call the office to have my chart updated. When I called I was put on hold then hung up on. So I called again and got the Greeley office. I then got a talking to about my review on Google and was told that I was unprofessional. First of all I called about my address to get the money back that was settled on because they were unwilling to do the right thing not to address my Google review. Second, I brought up my concerns about the issues with surgery several times over the course of my treatment and was told to keep trying to find someone. To me this behavior is unprofessional. I will not change my review this was my experience as a patient. Honestly the fact that they are unwilling to apologize and want to point the finger at me makes me more disgusted. If I had the choice to give no stars I would. September 23rd 2020 Still have not received my refund.
