I have officially completed treatment with Smile Doctors and couldn't be more happy about my experience and smile results! The team was so genuine and patient! Doctor Zimmer is amazing. She takes her time to explain everything throughout the whole process. She makes the kids comfortable with her gentleness and kindness. The staff is friendly and efficient.

My son is a patient here, and they're really wonderful! If a problem arises, they get us in and out quickly. The scanning system is really helpful, and saves us from having to make too many visits in there. So far, so good!

Prairieview Ortho is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and takes time to explain things to you. I think they go beyond the typical orthodontist people.

Nothing but a great experience at the Geneva location! Prarieview gave us a wonderful and inviting experience from start to finish. Dr. Zimmer is so wonderful, taking time to go over treatment options clearly and understandably! Great payment plans and treatment options, I was referred over by a friend and can see why. The staff is so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door! Highly recommended!!

Always friendly and patient. We had an insurance change and there issues finding our coverage. Eventually found our policy and coverage only to be told we had no orthodontic coverage, despite having documents that showed we did. They worked out a plan for us in the end and all the while with smiles on our faces.

This place is so great! Everyone is always super friendly and they are really great with the kids. Olga especially always stands out. She has such a fun personality and gets us laughing every time we're there. My daughter really looks forward to going to her appts here!! Highly recommend to anyone needing an orthodontist!!

This place is so amazing ! The whole staff is kind and professional .Dr.Faith is very knowledgeable and explains treatment plans and options in ways that are easy to understand .I would highly recommend this office for all your orthodontic treatments .
